Shipped them a cue for repair and the service and work are top notch. I live in the same state and I'm sure they can't always commit to having this done instantly, I was able to ship out my cue on Monday and it was back on my doorstep Saturday.

I have purchased quite a few cues and accessories from them over the years. They're prices are always good, and I always recieved my items in a couple of days. I recently purchased an expensive carbon shaft and ended up having a problem with it. I sent it back, and they very quickly resolved the problem.

I have always been impressed with the service. I ordered a Carbon fiber Roque shaft on a Friday around 9am and had them change the tip. Estimated shipping was 6 days later. To my absolute surprise it showed up at my door the next day around Noon and they set it up to make sure someone signs for it. I'm over the moon. Not only am I happy with the product but they also had my item in a plastic sleeve and in a soft case along with shipping it in a hardened tube. There was no way that it would get damaged unless it was cut in half. Also inspected the tip they put on and it is absolutely flawless. Shaped perfectly and burnished to prevent mushrooming. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I always get good customer service here and will continue to be a customer!

First time customer here bought a cue with extra shaft. Apparently there was an issue and was sent wrong shaft. They stood behind the website pricing eventhough they said it was a glitch on their system and legally didn't have to. Would do business again. When I exchanged shafts I actually purchased 2 last 4 ever tip tools. Thank you guys for standing behind the website price . Great guys to work with.

I ordered a pool cue for my father's birthday not knowing much about cues. They called me the next day because the cue I ordered was bent and they didn't want to send it to me. Instead recommending me a comparable cue, upgrading me and covering the extra price. Timely and wonderful customer service, quick shipping, and my dad loves his new cue.

I ordered a carbon Fiber shaft with an added Kamui clear and black tip for my cue and I put in the notes that If they could have it here by a certain day which I had a tournament of champions on that day to please make it happen! They had it here the day before which was awesome so I was able to practice with it. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your billiard needs!

Ordered from Singapore. Extremely impressed at how quick I received my item. I ordered a Cuetec Cynergy Shaft. Was told the item would arrive in 7-8 days. I received it in 3 days. Props to the delivery company but also to Seyberts for processing it so quickly!

I purchased a cue online. After my purchase, I noticed that another online seller has the same cue for the same price, but offers a free gift (which Seybert's did not offer). When I went on Seybert's website I noticed they have a price match guarantee so I brought it to their attention. They were very responsive, accommodating, and made it right. Great customer service.

I've ordered from here multiple times. Always get my products within a couple of days and in great shape. I just recently ordered a pool god's case, chalk, and a new shaper. I did receive a cue from here and love it. I will be going back to them when I upgrade my break cue.
