Just got delivery of our mattress today . It was a pleasure working with Paul and the team. They had us delivered quickly and efficiently and we only had to wait a week for the fancy bed frame to arrive. Our mattress was in stock and it’s feeling pretty comfy. The cat approves of the massage feature.

Our sleep is so much better now that we have our SleepChek mattress! I truly used to lay awake in bed, so uncomfortable and stressed about not being able to get good sleep and it is such a relief to have finally found the right bed! My husband and I had a very difficult time finding a mattress we both liked and went to many stores, trying out many, many mattresses. We ended up at SleepChek and Paul really worked with us to find the right mattress. You will not just be pushed to buy the most expensive mattress, Paul really listened, helped guide us, and gave us space to try however many beds we needed to. They stand behind their 100 night guarantee and if we ever need another mattress for anyone in the family I would definitely go here first. Also they carry the best mattress protectors - comfy but actually completely waterproof for our kids' beds. Five stars!

I walked into the Howell store this afternoon with a certain type of mattress in mind. The employee was right there to answer my questions and show me the mattresses that met the requirements I was looking for. I tried a couple that were ok but just not quite it. The third one was it! Kudos to the very friendly, knowledgeable lady that waited on me. Thank you for hooking me up with exactly what I was looking for. I for sure will be back in the future.

This is only my second Google review ever. I was not looking forward to buying a new mattress: too many options, I know very little about them, pushy salespeople, how do I really know if I’ll like it, etc....!

I went into SleepChek on an quiet weekday and was thankful to be the only customer there at that time.

Paul (owner/salesman) greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He showed me a few mattresses, gave me the details of each, handed me their sale flyer, told me to lie down and see how they feel, then let me do my thing (look up mattresses on my phone, see how my back felt, etc).

I asked Paul *so* many questions about mattresses!!! He answered every single one, and then some. He was patient, very knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. I swear I think I was in there for over an hour. 😂

I genuinely felt that he wanted me to have a quality mattress and make a good decision.

I wasn’t planning to buy a mattress today, but Paul was so great, I went out to my car and then decided to go back in and make the purchase.

He gave me a great deal and we even chatted about kids, family, etc. Free next day delivery, too! Woot!

I told him I am very picky about customer service and will absolutely tell my friends and family to see him for a mattress!!!

Thank you, Paul. Genuinely. I know this review is long and sounds sappy, but it’s just the way I am. I’m grateful and can not wait to sleep on my new “luxury” mattress that I got for a steal! 🤩

Dwayne helped my wife and I pick out a great mattress and a very competitive price. Enjoyable sales experience with no pressure and no bs tactics. Paul and Ann went out of their way to make a difficult delivery situation work. Very impressed with their operation and happy to support a good local family owned business.

The selection was great. The prices were better than Pure Sleep. The service and knowledge base at the store far exceeded anything at Art Van. Didn't have to put up with the pressure selling either. Had my mattress for three years now and still love it. If your looking for a great mattress experience, stop here!! Just a great, locally-owned, service-oriented business in the community.

Great Local Mattress Store. Purchased a King Mattress and a Full size for our Daughters FIRST EVER MATTRESS. We love the bed, amazing what a new mattress does for your life!!! Had terrific service in the store! Bought four mattresses and was super happy with the prices/value! Delivery team was fast, polite and safe. They kept their masks on and even took their shoes off at the door! Great all around experience!

Great experience, everyone I have interacted with at this company is very personable and helpful.
Originally ordered a mattress that was probably too soft for my needs, after a year it began to break down in the middle, I sent in pictures and they warrantied my mattress without any problem while allowing me to upgrade to a mattress that better fit my needs.
I would absolutely purchase a bed from SleepChek again in the future.

Repeat customer. They go out of their way to help you get exactly what you need every time and are very knowledgible about what they sell. The 1st mattress is still like-new 3 years later. I won't shop anywhere else.

Paul and Ann saved us over $300 on our mattress purchase over other sellers! They are a great business! We went to at least four other mattress sellers and felt like we were at shady used car dealerships at all of them. We were so relieved with the friendly, honest and professional service at this store!

We've known that we needed a new mattress for awhile, and we are so happy to have shopped at SleepChek. Paul made deciding on the perfect mattress an easy process. The customer service and pricing were excellent. Our mattress will be delivered tomorrow and I can't wait!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place is awesome! Has a lot of variety, is very honest and doesn't try and sell you! We purchased 2 mattresses for our kids, prices were amazing for quality of mattress we purchased. I honestly can say enough good things and could go on and on about our terrific experience. Lifetime customer from now on! If you are needing a mattress this is the place to go!!!

After going to a few other stores I wound up at SleepChek. I think the owners wife (Ann) helped me. The overall experience dealing with a local store was really great. Everyone was very friendly and really new a lot about the mattresses. Can't wait to get mine delivered tomorrow.

Could not be happier with the service and bed we bought. Called Paul on a Sunday afternoon when a family member with medical needs joined our house. We were able to get a great bed and adjustable frame delivered that day and Paul was kind enough to offer to set it up for us. We will most certainly be back for all of our future mattress needs.

Made a purchase over Memorial Day weekend and everything went perfect. SleepCheck did what they said they were going to do and delivered on time at a great price. Also was able to buy a USA-made product -who could ask for anything more? I will be buying my next mattress here as well. Great people to deal with! 😀

This is our second purchase from Paul, I did shop before going there, but no one comes close to the service he is willing and is able to deliver.

Have bought several mattresses here, and most importantly gel pillows! Owners are always there and are friendly. Prices are always better than everywhere else.

Had a wonderful experience at sleep chek! It was or second stop of the day after checking out prices and deals at other competitors. We really appreciated the straight forward answers, great detail of product and the perfect amount of space! As someone who works in sales I was very appreciative of the space we were given to think and browse but always felt as if we were being helped. No, second closer walking up as you would get at Gardner white or Art Van to give you that pushy salesman like feel. Paul was very respective of our budget and worked to to stay in our price point, yet gave great recommendations. The woman who checked us out at the counter was very throughou and kind. We highly recommend this establishment and will refer friends and family! Thanks for the help and we cannot wait to receive our new mattress next week!

Great service, very nice woman that works there! Received great deals on a mattress’s and pillow even, and they helped us take it to the car . We went to loves furniture next door to try it out and the service was terrible ! Will do our business here.
