My sales person, Phil put me in the right mattress. I have a soft-ball sized implant on my spine, (8) eight solid -steel rods from my shoulders to my waist and (6) six cages on my spine as well. I am sleeping so much better now!

Sales team was very helpful. He was able to answer all the questions but not pushy. He stepped away to give my husband and I space to be able to decide but still available if we needed him. Delivery crew was polite and quick.

The selection process could have been daunting but Brian was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, he must have spent 2 hours with me while I jumped from bed to bed. Lol. I have lower back pain so this will hopefully be a game changer for me...luckily they have the testing period just in case!

Mike Howell was extremely informative! He spent a good amount of time explaining mattresses to me. Mike answered every question patiently, no rush and I believe very honesty in his voice. He even compared beds I was looking considering. Mike helped me to make a decision with absolutely no pressure. All facts. I ultimately purchased the mattress with him.

This is my third transaction with Mike and he is FABULOUS! Intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as well as honest. Highly recommend working with him. He stands out in significant contrast to the absolutely horrendous experience I have had with staff at US Mattress. They do not care and make no effort to be helpful and I wasted 3 months waiting for a mattress delivery that ended up being cancelled.

US Mattress was a great place to shop! I stopped in and had a wonderful experience with Mike M. He was friendly, personable, and so knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy any particular product. He took his time and was very patient with me. After I left, he sent me an email with links to the mattresses I was interested in. The next day I took my reluctant husband in for the same experience and he was absolutely taken with Mike and his unique sales approach. This is my first time making a bed purchase through US Mattress and I am so glad I found them! After pouring over different websites and visiting local stores and reading reviews after reviews I called and spoke to a wonderful sales rep (Michael H) who walked me through the exact type of mattress for my sleeping habits and physical needs. It speaks to his vast experience and great product knowledge that he was able to answer all of my questions and explain the different options.
