Dana started my looking around experience with Love's. She was great to work with! Luke finished up our buying experience. He was patient and kind while I made some very fast decisions. He offered up many different ideas after he listened to what I was looking for. I would difinitely shop with Luke again at Loves.

Well, we were greeted right away (you expect that at about any store), and asked if we needed assistance. We had been shopping recliners the previous day, and found the winner at Loves (Between Brighton and Howell). Super comfortable chair. Young man named DeMatthew rang up our sale, and the chair will be ready for pickup on the 27th. We were very satisfied with the service and the purchase. Thank you.

Met by a very nice woman at the door and she showed me to the right area and the sales person Freddie. He took great care of listening to my needs.
While he waited on another customer, at my request, I went in the back to look at dressers. I was helped by a very nice lady by the name of Baily. All-in-all it was a very good experience! If another need comes up, I will be back. And I am not a "ROBOT".

I would rate the salesperson Lonnie as a 5. Helpful, knowledgeable friendly not pushy. I would rate the in store credit ap process as a 3, they are working on getting the new company kinks out. Store very clean and set up easy to browse.

Walked in and was helped right away. He showed me a few things and I told him I wanted to just look. I didn’t feel pressured, when I found what I wanted he came over and placed my order only a few weeks to get it unlike Gardner White I was waiting on my couch for 5 months so I asked for a refund on that and went to Loves

My new nightstand is on order.....but i also got a chance to check out their BEAUTIFUL new store. I just wish I had a larger house ....so that I could fit more furniture. Thank you for excellent customer service. (Howell location)

Excellent experience with no pressure. The sales man was able to find us the sofa and loveseat with the features that we wanted, in the price range we were looking.
