I suggest you go with another agency for insurance. If your quoted price is low, this agency will raise it giving you different reasons. This doesn't happen with other agencies. This is very dishonest. Good luck.
I experienced very bad service from Covington Insurance Agency.
The email communication is very BAD. No email/call response or whatever even though I replied few times. Finally, they replied only 2 words "call me" (2 words!) showing their lack of interest/care. What kind of service/ is this???? Then I have to call directly.
The agency raised the almost price $400 than the quoted price giving the reason the online quote is just a clickbait so you guys can get a call from customers like me. Huh? Sounds very fishy to me. If you notice, agent voice sounds dishonest already.
I would never use this service again. Terrible.

The office is always closed and calls aren't returned. Mr. Covington is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He sent my sensitive information to the wrong email address. Now I have a fraud alert on my credit profile. When asked questions, he gets defensive and refers you to a 1-800 number. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Don't walk, RUN away from this train wreck.

Good prices and helped set up my coverage just fine, but after that there were zero email replies which resulted in me having to pay more. I won't be going through this office anymore.
