I had a great experience shopping here for the first time. I was greeted right away by a very knowledgeable staff member who made me feel really comfortable. Prices seem to be very reasonable and comparable to other places. Idk why there’s a comment that says they’re overpriced. I also love that they had some plus size stuff in the store, not just online like most places. I will definitely be back soon, and look forward to ordering some stuff online too.

Stopped in today and was so impressed and satisfied. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kyleigh (very cool makeup). She was very easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She has awesome knowledge of the products and knew where everything was. She helped me find something I liked and didn’t try to rush away even though the store was pretty busy.

I had a great experience shopping here! The staff was really friendly and even willing to give a "demonstration." They had a huge variety of toys so it wouldn't matter if you were a beginner or experienced. They had a good variety of lingerie and costumes too! Overall great experience and I have already recommended this store to a lot of my friends.

Get staff and great selection. Everyone is friendly and non judgmental. The girls were willing to explain in detail functions and and pros and cons of various toys as well as help with suggestions. The coupon books they sell as definitely worth the $10. My new favorite store.

My wife and I have such a wonderful relationship and we love to play together so we stopped by Lover's Lane and picked up a couple of things that would spice up the night tonight when the kid's go to bed and the mom and dad time kick in. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I recently got married and received a gift card from here. I went I'm to use the gift card I had little interest in buying much in the store as it's very over priced. Due to the nature of the items they sell you are unable to return them 100% understandable. Go to check out and my total come out to be a little more than my gift card. So I had the lady cash. She then ask another girl to finish the check out weird but whatever. So the second girl applies all the cash and takes a small amount of my gift card. So now I still have a gift card. I wanted to use the gift card obviously so it wasn't misplaced or anything. Then they spend about 15 mins on the phone with someone else ato only tell me they can't give me back my cash I just have to take my gift card balance. So my husband says just buy this then and we'll of course we get the second product we bought home and it doesn't work. So we spent twice as much as we wanted trying to use a gift card and nothing we bought worked. Never will be returning.

Probably won't ever be back at this location. Customer service was horrendous, and every employee working had pissed off expressions on their faces like they hated their jobs. You would think working at a "niche" business like this you would receive a customer experience that encourages you to come back to spend money...not this store...I'll buy online from now.

This place is not a good place to shop at the employees looking at us while we shop and it feels uncomfortable they need to do better horrible place to shop feel so uncomfortable in there
