Roman and the team at storage plus on liberty Ave gave the most pleasant experience during not so pleasant timing,,,I would highly recommend and greatly appreciate the customer service!!

Good customer service, Roxanne is efficient. Only issue the most recent rodent issue, not certain if they have a regular exterminator to prevent these type of thing's from happening. May have to consider moving my thing's elsewhere if this issue isn't addressed sooner than later.
I don't have any food products of any kind in the unit and it was clean for months, just the past couple of months I visited and the odor and rodent droppings were everywhere. Please address the rodent issue, get an exterminator .

I just want to thank Roxanna, Wlison and Roman for assuring me that there is an exterminator that comes regularly and for the assistance with moving my belongings in another unit this past Sunday. I received great customer service and compassion regarding my issues and concerns. I appreciate you all and thanks again. Well deserved rating, satisfied customer!

I’m was in a tough situation this morning and I needed somewhere to put my things. I called and spoke to Rosana, she is such a generous person she walked me through the process explained everything very well. And because of her I now have my storage unit! Thank you Rosana! Need a unit call or go in !

I love this place and the staff!!! I have been a customer for several years and the staff there has always been incredible. Due to circumstances beyond my control there have been times when I may not have been up to date with my payments and the staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to always keep me informed and have offered to help in ways that I feel go beyond what a business would do. Being in customer service for over 35 years myself I can tell you how important it is to treat the customer properly. I have nothing but great things to say about Storage Plus. Their great customer service is very much appreciated when so many places don't know what that is any more.

Best Storage facility EVER! The staff was so accommodating especially Roman. My expectation was over succeeded. The moment I saw the storage, I mean WOW...it was just the right amount of space & price. The location was UNBELIEVABLE, 5 mins from my house so when carrying all my boxes over I did not have to worry about transportation. Thank you so much for the best storage plus.

Storage plus was so helpful and friendly they made it very easy for me. They do free pickup which was exactly what we needed. It was very fast. They helped me over the phone and picked everything up the next afternoon. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Love Love Love Storage Plus!! They are called storage plus for a reason! You get A++ customer service, prices, and employee’s. They are great and very very helpful. Roman makes sure everything is up to your standards she’s the best. Location is great and the place is clean and in order I don’t have to worry about any of my stuff being ruined. If you ever need a storage look no further than this place very reasonable pricing and transportation included as well!

The staff at this facility is very friendly and very knowledgeable in their job, it's a walk in the park renting a unit there,,the prices cannot be beaten at any other storage,,so u have alot of stuff to bring in no problem, there's staff ready and willing to help you, equipment on hand for your use, huge elevator and enough space to maneuver to your unit..best storage location in the state, I 1000% recommend it..rooms are going fast, so hurry, go get u yours asap!

Friendly Staff. They offer good priced deliveries with a partner moving company. My delivery guy Angel was super friendly and works really well. Great experience all around!
