We had a poor experience at a competitor store and decided to check out American Freight. From the moment we walked in the door, customer service was phenomenal! Tim and his partner were awesome! They were very attentive without being pushy (at all), answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get what we were looking for. We had our 1 year old with us as well, which parents know can be tricky, but they were so helpful and patient. The purchase process was quick and easy and they were able to get it delivered next day! Great experience. Would absolutely go back just to work with Tim again!
