All Star Coney Island

A nice coney experience right on the south side of Howell. Not too far from I96, very easily seen from the road, easy in and easy out. Lots of parking, lot is well lit. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared with good pricing and generous portions. Staff is friendly and quick, definitely stop by for a bite to eat.

The server we had (she was training a new girl) was so pleasant and personable. She was very attentive and completely understood my daughters love for crackers and didn't even bat an eye when my daughter ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a bagel for lunch. The food was the next thing we were pleased with. My gyro was delicious! The potato and bacon soup was also very appetizing. The chicken noodle soup wasn't the best I've ever had but my daughter enjoyed it. It wasn't cheese heavy but was still very good. The tzatziki sauce seemed homemade and was a great thickness. My fiances meat lover skillet was a smaller than we were expecting but he wasn't complaining. More of an observation than anything else. I would definitely stop at this restaurant again to have that gyro again.

It was a delight. The atmosphere was really calm and relaxing. The food was excellent and service excellent. Coffee never got cold. I had a Belgium waffle with a side of ham. Delicious. A must.

Friendly service and decent breakfast food. I had a little girl in brown braids, about 5-6ish, come up and ask me if I needed anything. I didn't realize she was one of the workers kids. Cutest thing I've had happen to me at a restaurant.
Service was fast, hash browns well done like I asked 🙂 The lighting was a bit bright for my taste, fluorescent glow. Other than that it's worth a visit.
I had an omega omelet and a side of sausage gravy.

They had my order ready within minutes and always have friendly service and good food.

Popular diner. I visited at lunch time and there was a mixture of work men and senior citizens enjoying lunch. Waitstaff were attentive and the food served quickly. Plan to eat your coney dog at a table with silverware and plenty of napkins because they are messy!

All Star Coney is the best family restaurant in Howell! We've been here many times, was there last Sunday. Our breakfast was delicious, servers are always so friendly and attentive and the place is always clean. We will be back again and again!

Absolutely love All Star. I have been going since I was a child, so many good memories there. My dad and I would always come in and all throughout the years everyone that works there has been so kind and friendly.

I now bring my own children in to enjoy the experience I had as a child. My son loves the Pac-Man machine and the servers will slip him quarters just so he can play another round. It is hard to find a place who not only accommodates their guests but kids as well! They have books for kids to read during the time they are there and coloring books!

Every time I walk in I am always greeted with a warm welcome, usually accompanied with a smile! All the food is SO GOOD. But I love the chili cheese fries and the strawberry french toast the most tho! And always HOT and FRESH!

The owner does a fantastic job making everyone feel like they have a friend in her. She is very understanding and caring, goes above and beyond for her workers and guests. Has ALWAYS supported the community especially during hard times! All Star is a family oriented place and you can tell immediately when you walk in.

The staff is wonderful and I have so many words to describe them. Kailyn has always been a favorite of ours to see when we have Sunday morning breakfast, my kids enjoy her so much!

Clean and friendly. Never have I seen so much staff in a small place.

The gyro was a soft pillowy pita, sauce, onion and diced tomatoes.

Fam ordered pancakes, french toast eggs and sausage. Everything cane out hot and delicious.

Wait for food was just long enough for me and my son to play a round on the classic Mrs.Pac-Man multi arcade.

Prices are average, food was a value(average portions) staff was great.

Our group of 8 stopped in for a late lunch after visiting the Howell Nature Center. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out quick. I would stop by again if we were in the area.

I have never had a meal there that wasn't outstanding. Always hot and cooked to perfection. The wait staff is always courteous and attentive to the customers' needs. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already.

Best coneys this side of Detroit. Not stingy with chili. Staff promp, welcoming & courteous.
