Panera Bread

I was in a hurry running errands on my lunch hour. I was starving and decided to stop at Panera. Their food is clean and fresh. They are consistent. I was looking forward to my go-to Mediterranean chicken bowl. However, they have changed-up their menu and have since replaced it with a similar item. The new version of the Mediterranean bowl was even better. I will order it again!

This location has very friendly crew members which is always appreciated. I felt bad because I had to cancel an order and they were very helpful and understanding. I love their bacon turkey bravo and lemon poppyseed salad! This location is bright and clean and easily located, right off the road.

Incredible service and friendly staff! Always a joy to go here, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful and the atmosphere is always pleasant and a great place to get some work done! Definitely the best Panera bread I've been to!

Try the Sierra turkey sandwich. It's not on the menu but you can still order it and it pairs well with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup

The turkey avocado and the service exceeded my experience with other locations I frequent. The service was fast and friendly, and the sandwich was filled just right with the portions of each yummy layer. Thank you, Panera team, on Lawton Rd. .

What a pleasant experience! There was a line in the drive-thru and the parking lot was pretty full. When I went in I placed the order to go and received my food within only a couple of minutes! This crew has it together! The food was just as delicious and perfect as I would expect from Panera 🫶

My best friend and I stopped in to have tea and chat before she headed back out west to go home. They closed the lobby about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes after our arrival. They were gracious enough to allow us to stay as long as we wanted! We sat and talked for well over 2 hours, uninterrupted and never pressured to leave. Thank you Howell Panera.

This is one of the best Panera locations. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. Staff go out of their way to ensure your order is correct. Food has always been great and fresh. Tables do need to be cleaned more regularly. Don't know why their are negative reviews here, only experienced positive here.

I am so grateful for my experience with the amazing staff at this location. Today is my birthday, and I placed a doordash order at 8am for breakfast, since I woke up with terrible knee pain that kept me from being able to walk, and I didn't have anyone to help me. Over an hour later, my doordash didn't show, so I called the restaurant and asked them to please cancel the order. (Albeit, definitely more annoyed than that. I'm sorry!)

The manager that answered the phone was incredible. Not only did she listen to my teary blubbering mess (I am also going through a breakup, so crying just spontaneously happens these days) she let me know that, even the Doordash driver had picked up my order and just never delivered it, she was going to remake it and have a team member deliver it to me as well. Her kindness, empathy and understanding made me feel so valued on an otherwise really tough day. The food was delicious, as usual, and my heart + tummy are full.

Thank you for shining a light with your character into other's lives. You are an amazing example of how far human kindness can go, and I will do my best to pass it on (when I can walk again!)

What an awesome Panera! Great staff and clean space.

Best Panera experience that we've had in the last five years! We were regulars at one time and stopped going because of skimpy portions. This was a pleasant surprise we will be back.

Everything you would expect Panera to be for your commercials. It's dead on target!

My initial order was incorrect, but they quickly corrected the order and gave me a complimentary cookie.

Great staff, great food! The manager was waiting tables, and when I ordered 4 bear claws to take home with me, the clerk asked if I wanted one on a plate to eat here! I was planning on pulling one out to eat there anyway!

Our Chi Teas where cold when we got them. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the Manager replaced them from a med to a lg and gave us all our money back! Now that's Customer Service for You! Thanks again for taking care of Us!
