Exceptional customer service, professional, courteous communications about RX which can be more difficult to obtain. Phone calls to update us on the status. Called us back when they said they would. Updated us on the status along the way. Everyone at Advanced Care RX did a tremendous job and has been wonderful to deal with.

This pharmacy is small enough to care and get it done correctly. What a true gem in an industry which now is dominated by giants who are staffed by people who all seem like they would rather be doing something else.

In this day and age, when people do what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it and keeping us informed the entire time, it's how customers should be treated. Well done and thank you for being honest, forthright and providing excellent communications and follow up while working to get the prescription in stock for our needs.

Thank You, thank you, thank you. When a small pharmacy can accomplish things the giants can't seem to get done, you know you have found a real winner and someone to deal with......I would give them 10 stars if I could.......they deserve it.

Everyone here is just so nice. And fast I have never had to wait. I take all my prescriptions here. Oh and very honest my Insurance didn’t cover a medicine but in the next couple days they covered it so when I went to pick up a different prescription they had the cash for me in a bag very honest.

Fantastic staff and very reasonable prices. Not a Walgreens or CVS in terms of convenience items but very personable staff. They even proactively refill my meds AND give me a call to pick it up!

There was a mix up between pharmacies with my post-surgery medication and it was after 5pm when I got discharged from the hospital, so my doctor's office was already closed .The owner of this pharmacy made sure I had what I needed immediately and I was able to manage my pain during the first night after surgery due to his due diligence. That is Excellent customer service!

I’ve known Winston for years as I worked in a small doctors office in Berrien Springs. I was crushed when he parted with Rite Aid. But rumors at the office and community began to rumble that he wasn’t giving up. When I first heard he was buying a small building in the village and opening his own pharmacy I was so excited! We started handing out his business cards to patients like crazy. I’d memorized the phone number and would scribble it on anything handy. But at some point my jealous nature kicked in and I was getting stingy with the information. After all he was mine first! Love his happy nature and smile! When I call he always opens with “Miss Lisa how you?”. Stephanie is adorable. Perfect people for what they do. ❤

Is Friday night, 10:03pm, we called in and leave a message because our daughter is almost out of her heart medicine. The pharmacist Winston (owner) calls us and tells us that he would meet me at the pharmacy and get me the medicine! That’s just something no other pharmacy would do. Thank you so much, you are a blessing to us all.

The customer service is awesome! Everyone there is caring and actually answers questions and even answers the phone, no recording! This pharmacy deserves 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and more! Best pharmacy around.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly. Prices are the best out of any pharmacy I’ve tried. Plus the building itself is really cute! 🏠

Now this is what a small town pharmacy is all about. They get to know your name, they offer to deliver your meds if you are not able to come to get them. We are so fortunate to have such nice, kind and CARING pharmacy.
