The staff was very helpful during our decision process. We were able to purchase the material during a sale period and the material was held until our contractor was able to pick it up. Additionally, the material was shipped to a facility that was more convenient for the pick up process. thank you.

We have used the Kalamazoo location several times in the past few years to view samples in the store, order in the store, and to pick up orders - the staff is always friendly and helpful in the store and on the phone.

We were very happy with all the selections and mostly impressed with the helpful staff. Sandra assisted us with measurements, angles and a ton of helpful tips!

There are few stores left today that still operate with the model Lumber Liquidators has consistently adopted: high quality products, best prices, and unsurpassed customer service. Look at their reviews nationwide and this is consistent and my experience with this location was nothing other than. They are very helpful and sincere about wanting to get you the floor that best fits your needs without pressure and trying to upsell you. I got my floor on sale, but not a day or two later after I bought it and the price dropped even lower, so they happily readjusted the price I paid. Great service. Just wish they had more associates in the store because they spend so much one-on-one time with the customers you might have to wait if there are several customers in the store.

First time shopping here but it won't be the last. They had exactly what we needed for our 15 year old hardwood flooring.

I was shopping for hardwood floors, but wasn't really happy with the selection/price I had been getting. I went into this store and was pretty blown away by how many options they had for a really good price. There was a guy there who worked with me one-on-one to answer my questions, but didn't linger or make me feel pressured. I ended up finding the floor I love! Generally just a really good experience, I would recommend to friends.

We came in looking for something ultra specific and although they didnt have it available, the customer service was exceptional and genuine, even offering multiple suggestions for other local custom order businesses. We will definitely keep this store in mind after this experience!

Anthony has been great about helping us obtain everything we needed, taking extra time to keep us informed, so we could complete our project, despite all the disruptions from Covid. The Rochester Oak from CoreLux looks great, has a nice feel to it noise-wise, and went down fairly easily.

Great place to buy wood floors, laminate and vinyl. Great service, prices, quality and selection. Google maps has the location wrong so search 4432 west main or the westwood plaza to find it. Just east of 131 by drake rd.
