Guacamole's Mexican Restaurant & Taqueria

It’s unfortunate this place is showing temporary closed! I stopped by not that long ago and had some amazing birria tacos!! Absolutely would go back if they returned to being open.

The carnitas were amazingly delicious. Big chunks of pork, not just little shreds

I wish I could give this place 8 stars! It is an incredible restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable and the food is some of the best I've ever eaten. I literally told my wife I wanted to hold off on dessert after the meal so that the taste of my burrito could linger just a little bit longer. Unequivocally, this is the best Mexican food I've ever eaten! On top of that, the service was great, the chips and salsa were perfect, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Whenever friends come to visit, I have no doubt where I'll be taking them - Guacamole's!

Any time I'm in town on Tuesday or Thursday I stop in for the tacos and horchata. Friendly staff, always fast for takeout. Legitimately the only restaurant I will seriously miss after I move. The recent remodel is great as well.

Remember to get both green and red sauce for the tacos! Thanks for all the great food guys.

The tacos are amazing. They used fresh ingredients and the meat was really good. If you order the nachos, do not order anything else because it is enough food for two people. The guacamole is very good as well. If you go here for anything though, it has to be the tacos.
There are a couple of things that I think could be improved though. I wish it had some booths, because the space seems too open. Also the tortilla chips are too crunchy and don't taste fresh made.
Overall, I think this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Fort Wayne and a great value.

Most authentic Mexican restaurant in town!! Can’t beat the $1.99 Margaritas Sunday-Thursday!! And the buffet on sundays is to die for!!

I'm changing when I critique restaurants. If my experience was bad, I'll critique it after the first visit. If I enjoyed my visit, I will go back and rate it after my second visit.

I'm happy to say that both of my experiences at Guacamole's were great. My gal and I both had street tacos, three each, both time we ate there. They were great. When the plates were brought out, they were full plates. Each taco was full and the meat was plentiful. We had the chicken, steak, and carnitas tacos. All were delicious.

We had better service the first time we went. The second time, I had to approach them for the check 30 minutes after we were done. Except for that one hiccup, both visits were very good.

Amazing food with great flavors the tamales are amazing we had both the red and green with pork, different from any tamale I've ever had and absolutely delicious, I would come here for those alone. Service was good and restaurant was very clean. Outdoor seating available.

THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Real recognizes real. The staff is incredible and the food is always amazing. We come every taco Tuesday and sometimes multiple times a week! Best Mexican food in Fort Wayne, maybe the world!

Ordered through doordash delivery was very fast and food was hot. We were missing an item so I called the restaurant and the manager went above and beyond! She took full responsibility and even drove the item to us herself. That is how customer service should be. The food was delicious. I would give double stars if I could!!!

Hands down best Mexican restaurant in Fort Wayne. Ordered tacos (carnitas and pastor), and both were better than anything I've had elsewhere in town. The service could have been a little better, but it seemed more like they were short staffed than it did that were being deliberately rude as some of the reviews suggest. Food made up for it.

So excited they were open late after a show next door at Piere's so we could give this restaurant a try before we headed back to home (2 1/2 hours away)! Friendly, attentive staff. Quick service. Clean restaurant and bathroom. Great food. Very pleased with EVERYTHING and highly recommend!

We love Guacamole’s. Some of the best real tacos in town. And the name does it justice with their amazing guac. Dinning in is nothing fancy but the food is why we keep coming back for more.

First time at Guacamole's tonight. Every other table marked off to promote social distancing. 32 ounce lime margarita normally 10.99 - VERY strong. Definitely felt like I got what I paid for. We got arroz con pollo and burritos divorciados. Large portions. Reasonable prices. Food was brought out within 10 minutes of ordering. Salsa and queso were very good. Food was delicious. Friendly and fast service - told us to stay as long as we liked. There is a 4% surcharge if paying with card. They will take it off the bill if you pay with cash. They do have a small outdoor dining area.

I have tried 6 different things including the tacos and they are fabulous. The shredded chicken has amazing flavor. Best chips in town. This is the best I have eaten in the city out of 9 others that I have tried.

This place is great. We got nachos locos and a chimichunga. The queso was amazing also. Prices were reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. We were looking for a replacement for Bandidos since they suck now and closed a bunch of stores. This is in our list for sure now.

Great mexican food had the carnitas they were perfectly cooked and very crispy, the rice and beans were very generous. The place seemed a little slow and the owner a little stressed make sure you come show these guys some love

Very reasonable prices. Great fast and friendly service. I got the arroz con pollo, and it was a big portion with fresh chicken and tasty cheese sauce. They have 1.99 margaritas that are delicious. I highly recommend.

Great Great Great food!!!! Extremely fair prices, except on Tuesday. Their Taco's are $1.99 and they are loaded and delicious!!! 6 or 7 different meats you can have in them. The whole menu is great...
