Metro by T-Mobile

I went to the Rock Island store, and got help there, the East Moline store didn't work for me. Nikki helped me out(if I spelled your name wrong I'm sorry). A lot I was stressing so bad, I made so many mistakes with the phone, she helped me out and corrected them all. Thank You so much Nikki

Jacob really knows he's merchandise and is able to handle any question with a well thought out answer. He's customer service skills is why I prefer to go in store n pay a lil extra to deal with a person. Ooh and the phone service is decent too

I've came in twice trying to add a line and have a number ported to that line and Jimmy helped me both times. One of the best experiences I've had at a store. Very personable and willing to listen and help. Did everything he could both times.
