I have to say, I will not shop anywhere else! I had a problem with a zero turn mower and the manufacturer was not helpful at all. Curt, the manager, took his time and handled my situation perfectly and promptly! He went out if his way to make sure I was happy and accommodated! He even spent time after hours making sure I was taken care of! He stayed on top of everything the whole way and I appreciate his time and effort! Curt got me into a new zero turn and I couldn’t be happier! If I could leave 6 stars, I would! Thanks again Curt!

During my shopping visit at TSC I had great service from Mellisa and Alyson. They were very helpful to us finding the tools needed for gardening.

Had a great experience at the store yesterday. I was looking for a gun safe and the team there could not have been anymore helpful. They answered all my questions about the safe and helped me in anyway possible including the careful loading of the safe onto my truck bed. Special thanks to Joel, the Manager, and Jake.

Great place to go for your horses dogs cats whatever it might be. I've always been impressed but probably the last year Megan really stands out!!! She is very knowledgeable about horses, dogs and cats and probably more. that's all that I have. She always comes around and helps me and I really appreciate Megan. She's definitely a five-star employee and customer service!!!

Had a GREAT shipping experience with associate Tracy. She was very friendly and her interaction with everyone was beyond any expectation. She clearly has a genuine passion for people. She was a fantastic representative of this store and should be commended for her outstanding service.

The store manager, Curt, truly cares about his customers. I had a minor issue with a lawn mower I purchased at his store. He went above & beyond to make sure he made the situation right for me. It was very refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service, especially during the pandemic when almost every store is short staffed & super busy. Thank you again & keep up the amazing dedication to customer satisfaction! A+++++

This store has everything, store members are very helpful . Store member Peyton was very helpful to me with picking out the correct product and delivering to my vehicle.

Great people, very friendly. They have a lot of stainless steel screws and bolts as well as grade 5 and grade 8. Definitely the place to go if you're doing work on your boats.

I have been coming to this tractor supply location for 16 years and had worked here a few years ago. I have to say I'm beyond happy with the crew. I personally wanted to say Matt is such a huge help and always smiles. It's nice to see that Kurt has done a wonderful job with hiring a very great crew. I just got off the phone with Steve who took the time to locate where I could get a snow plow blade for a Husqvarna lawn tractor. He id a great job getting me all the info I needed. Very patient and helpful

Nice store, got lots of interesting things I'm not a horse trainer or a farmer or have a large family of animals but they have nice work entire and boots, priced right for me, tools good set of them, kinda like a harbor freight situation. They even had real spurs wow! Never knew that! Few saddles, doubt they fit a harley-davidson but maybe I could be wrong, service is right on! Very clean store, comfortable setting I like it, no rushing.

I would recommend TSC in Howell for anything that you need to purchase at that store, they are the most helpful people especially their manager Kurt, he helped me with a major item I purchased from that store without any questions asked, go there and buy your stuff

We went to Tractor Supply to buy chickens a couple of weeks ago. They had a great variety, and we ended up leaving with a Baker's Dozen of them!

We had lots of help getting all of the supplies we needed for the chickens, and we are enjoying watching them grow up.

I'm sure we'll be back for more supplies.

Great place. Really friendly and helpful staff. Helpful hint to all, they fill your propane tank and only charge you for the amount they put in. Great savings over one charge for all approach.

Friendly staff. also they now have a dog washing room! they supply everything and it's only $10 wide selection of shampoo and conditioner, blow dryers, brushes combs and nail clippers

Customer service is excellent at this location. I shop at several TSC's and I'm there multiple times a week. This is my favorite location. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.
