I am a new customer of The Bike Rack. I have to say the service and the people are above and beyond in quality and professionalism. Lance has assembled a team of highly skilled experts: sales [Jack], engineering [Tom], and fit [Cameron ]. Over the few times I've been there, from service to new purchases, they have been accommodating, answered all my questions, had great patience, and knew how to make a customer feel comfortable leaving the store with whatever was purchased or worked on.

We had a great experience at the bike rack! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. The person helping us with the bike selection even delivered it to our house that same evening. We were really impressed with the customer service!

I stopped in to pick up new inner tubes for my mountain bike. I was greeted promptly at the parts counter - they had what I needed in stock and I quickly checked out. I then walked around the store looking at bikes, and talked with the staff about my bike and where I normally ride. No sales pressure of any kind, just genuinely nice people interested in talking about biking.

The Bike Rack is great. We have purchased three ICE trikes in the past nine years. Duane has been our sales person each time. He is knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend The Bike Rack.

I purchased my road bike from TBR in June of 2023. Since I'm new to road biking, I needed a lot of support for proper fit. Cameron has been very patient with me and has been making sure that all works well and if not, he is determined to find the right solution for my needs. Overall the staff at TBR has been amazing and very knowledgeable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Lance was awesome at talking me through the tune up process and Rupert and the crew at bike rack did a great job on my old trek! Rides like new and I even got to play Lances Les Paul upon pickup! Thanks a lot guys:)

First time buying a real bike for my son and they were excellent at the Bike Rack with helping us out. Took their time answering all of my questions and helped us find the right size for him. They even took the time to talk to us about cool places to ride and made us feel like the excitement all the workers had for cycling.

The Bike Rack is a St. Charles gem. The quickly provided a bike tune up and suggested needed parts replacement. I highly recommended you consider them for repairs and new bike purchases.

The ongoing theme with The Bike Rack is their constant pursuit of servicing the ever changing needs of their customer base. I have never seen a retail establishment work so hard for their customers. They are great people with a wealth of knowledge! I would highly recommend them for all of your cycling needs...both traditional or adaptive.

They took the time to explain the different options for parts and gear for my road bike and worked on it while I waited rather than leaving it there. Great customer service and value.

The recall on my bicycle was handled in a timely manner. I also had them perform some maintenance work. Everything was done efficiently, I am very satisfied with their services!!

I stopped by to look for a new saddle for my gravel bike, John helped me. He recommended a Bontrager saddle that I went ahead and purchased. I put the new saddle on when I got home and took my bike for a ride. The saddle felt good and I got in 31 miles with no complaints.I will make a minor adjustment, but I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you for your assistance.

Recently started training at the Bike Rack. The coaches are quite helpful, friendly, encouraging. Great way to keep in shape til we can ride outside once again.

Duane is great! He runs the recumbent shop and is an excellent ambassador for the sport. He takes time to be sure you understand how and why recumbent cycles can move you from sedentary to active. I really appreciate how patient he is. I will come back and think of ways to encourage others! Thank you.

WOW! Just wow! I brought in my Catrike Expedition recumbent- which is 12 years old- and Dwayne tuned it up SO RIDICULOUSLY WELL! It literally rides like brand new!!

Everything is tight, smooth, snappy, responsive, and the transfer of power is just incredible - this has to be the best tune-up I've ever had!

It's night and day from when I brought it in, and I get a tune-up every year. And he took a look at everything, even my locking brake grip got tightened. Just amazing, whatever they're paying him, he deserves DOUBLE!

I had been shopping for a trike for awhile, and had narrowed down my selection to two models, both of which were available at The Bike Rack. Duane helped me with a test ride, educated me on safety and other features, and provided valuable input to help me make my final selection. When I returned a week later to pick up my new trike, he made sure everything was adjusted properly, taught me how to use and customize some of the features, and helped me load it into the car. It was a pleasant, informative, pressure-free experience all around.
