From the moment I called to make my appointment it felt like I was talking to family. Robert S was the one who booked my appointment and was who greeted me when I arrived. He made me feel extremely comfortable and was very patient with me. This was my first time coming to the Downers Grove location. Robert sat down and explained every single detail on my vehicles warranty and made sure while I was waiting for my vehicle was being serviced that I had everything to make it pleasant (coffee and Wi-Fi). My daughter wanted to purchase a new Nissan Rogue and we decided to take a ride to Bill Kay Nissan after disrespectful service we received at the Nissan dealer in Glendale Heights. After having a terrible experience at Glendale Nissan in Glendale Heights, we decided to give Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove a shot. We were promptly greeted by a very friendly Matt K. I let Matt know exactly what I was looking for and he immediately exceeded my expectations with his knowledge of not only the vehicle I was looking at but also the other vehicles available. Matt explained in great detail the premium features included in the 2023 Rogue SL that I was interested in, even including the durability of the paint. He also was able to break down what payments would look like between choosing 0% financing for 36 months and 1.9% for 60 months. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase and felt like he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I chose. Matt made sure to introduce me to all of the departments that would take part in my purchase and checked in with me throughout the entire process. I was truly treated as a person, not just another sale. We will be returning to purchase another vehicle for my daughter when she is ready and have highly recommended Bill Kay Nissan (and Matt K.) to friends and family. the salesman Adam helped in selling a car for my mom. he was very straight forward. i appreciate that they allow the salesman to complete the deal instead of “sending the manager out” to try and wear you down. they treated my time like it was valuable so i am very appreciateve

I am taking the time to write this post in hope that other car buyers will follow my advice and have the same financially rewarding experience my family had at Bill Kay Nissan.

A family friend recommended that I reach out to a gentlemen by the name of Nick Zoumboulis at this dealership because we wanted to purchase the 2024 Nisssan Kick.

I called Nick and told him the car I wanted and we met last Saturday and Nick had three 2024 Nissan Kicks for me to choose from when I arrived. I really appreciated the proactive approach Nick took by having the cars in front of the dealership when I arrived because it saved me valuable time and I made my choice within 30 mins after my test drive.

We settled on a sales price and an excellant finance rate which was 2% percent lower then the Nissan Dealership I went to in Chicago.
This low finance rate allowed me to finance the car at a montly payment that was very helpful with my current budget.
I would not only recommend Nick and his dealership to my friends and family but more importantly to anyone that was in my situation where i was trying to decide between the Honda HRV & the Nissan Kick.

Nick made my decision very easy, because the Honda Dealerships I went to where asking 3 to 4 thousands over MSRP.

I bought the same good quality car for almost $10,000 less then I would have paid for a 2024 Honda HRV.
