Sullivan's Ace Hardware

Had what I was looking for and very well organized store. Seems to be layed out perfectly. Extremely happy!!

This Ace Hardware is a favorite of ours. We have worked with several employees that take care of our questions and needs diligently during our visits. My last visit I had the pleasure of working with Wayne in the paint department. He was so helpful with finding TSP for me, which is a pre-wood cleaner before painting. He answered all my paint questions like what's latex paint. He helped me find a hard cabinet, door & trim paint. He mixed the pigment in for one of the cans. Even while assistant me we professionally took another customer's questions. Very nice man. Wayne keep up the good work in customer care. You deserve a lot of credit.

Nice small Ace Hardware store. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I purchase heavy items they always offer to help carry out to my car. Cute seasonal items.

They always have what I need and the prices are good and the staff is super friendly. But don't expect to get any rewards points, my points and purchases only show up on my account 50% of the time.

Extremely happy with my experience at Sullivan’s Ace Hardware!! My old trusty snowblower finally bit the dust and it was time to upgrade. I went down to Ace and they had an impressive selection for being a small town store. The team was knowledgeable about their products and helped answer my questions. The snowblower I purchased was assembled already and just needed gasoline, but that’s not even the best part of my experience! After I paid for the snowblower and went to leave, it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. The manager came out and said he would follow me home in his truck and deliver it for me (I live just across town)!! Now that’s service! I’m so glad I didn’t have to run to Peru and navigate the big, impersonal, box stores trying to get what I needed to tackle this snow! Thank you Sullivan’s Ace Hardware for getting me taken care of and showing me that exceptional customer service still exists!
