Cintas Uniform Services

We switched from another company over a year ago and have been very happy with the services and prices we received from Cintas. We worked with a rep named Christina Mooradian who went above and beyond to help us get set up with personalized rugs, hand soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers as well as cleaning supplies. She made the transition flawless and still till this day checks in on us. The installer Brent comes weekly always with a smile and willingness to go above and beyond of what's expected. I highly recommend this company and have personally referred them to three other businesses. I manage the Windham Crossings Building and all of our tenants now use them as well and are equally happy with the customer service we receive from both Christina and Brent !!! Kuddos!!!

I use Cintas at my auto body shop and they do a great job. The shop towels are exactly what I was getting prior and they wash them for me. Evan always makes sure to check in with me also instead of just sneaking in and out like Unifirst did. Great upgrade in service.

Cintas has helped our offices so much!! We no longer have to order off WB Mason and the logo mats get so many compliments. Not having to restock the supplies ourselves is the best part. Our rep Brent is awesome as well. Thanks!

ehhhh don't pay workers enough

First off, we are a small family owned company. Cintas is the worst company I have ever worked with. We cancelled our account after endless issues with Ryan Simpson. They continued to drop off/pick up scrubs for multiple weeks of us constantly calling and confirming we no longer want to do business with them. They continued to bill us and Ryan would not answer calls from us attempting to dispute the additional weeks we had been charged for avoided us trying to make payments and sent the account to collections, and still wouldn’t answer our calls. They then claimed we owed thousands of dollars over what we owe and still refuse to talk to us. The amount they claim we owe is more than a year of Cintas service, and the amount of time in question is less than a month. At this point, We have decided to take legal action against Ryan and the company.

You shouldn't remove filthy rugs in a busy restaurant. After hours is appropriate!!!!
