Max was hands down the best! He not only helped me fix my online order, but was able to help me purchase all 3 of my new devices, helped activate them & also found me the best prices all around! Highly recommend him & I will never order online again, he will be my go to person from here on out!

Max at TCC Verizon had helped me with an international issue a few years ago, and I was very glad to get him again for the purchase of a new phone. He’s extremely customer focused, explains things very well, and works very efficiently. He’s also fun, which helps any interaction. We hit some significant glitches in porting over my data, and he carefully and patiently worked us through them. I am sincerely grateful.

I’m also very impressed to learn of the significant community service that TCC does: school drives, backpack giveaways, community grants, phone refurbishing and give-aways and more. There is also close attention paid to the needs of employees and rewarding their good work. How I wish all of American capitalism was this sensitive to the importance of people!

Recently needed to upgraded my phone. Enjoying the Galaxy S series, decided to continue with the S23 ultra. The visit from start to finish was quick and very enjoyable. The customer rep, was very polite and ensured I had everything I wanted or needed for my new phone. They also went above and beyond answering any questions I had.
I've used this store over the past few years and every time I do visit ther service gets better and better.

We stopped in to replace my husband's old wonky phone. Rob was very patient and explained ALL the options available and found us a great deal! He worked through a number of issues with the data transfer and made sure we were completely happy before we left. He was awesome!

Caitlin was the first to greet us when there was a crowd. She was very helpful and explained everything up front without being asked. Then when my kid and I joke about there being no vending machine because we were starving, she went in the back and brought us snacks!! She was great. 🤩

This was my first time to visit the St. Joseph store. After a "not as good" experience as I had hoped at a previous store, Max has reinforced my decision to switch to Verizon. He offered products that I can definitely use that I did not even know were available, but most importantly, quickly took care of my initial need of adding another line to my account. Thanks, Max! I'll be back to this store, for sure!

Caitlin went above and beyond and turned A very frustrating situation into a positive experience, the process took several days and two different companies, as we were dealing with phone replacement issues. After another employee of tcc Verizon in saint joesph Michigan refused to help me due to unknown reasons , Caitlin took charge of the situation and got me taken care of! She’s a rockstar individual and you need more employee there just like her!

I recently just switched from AT&T to Verizon. I live in San Francisco so I had to ship my parents phone to them in Michigan. They are not techie so I wasn’t sure how we’d get their phones set up. My dad took it the Verizon store in St. Joe to see if they can help. Thank god for Brad! He was so helpful and patient! He was on the phone with myself and Verizon for over an hour. Without his help, I don’t know what I would have done. If anyone’s ever in need of a new phone or help setting it up, stop by and see BRAD! I can’t thank him enough!

Originally visited on a busy Black Friday. We were quickly greeted and added to the waitlist, rep answered a quick question. Robert then called our family over to assist. He was able to handle our family of 5 and all our personalities. He was knowledgeable, quick Witt and answered all questions with facts while also being able to teach and walk us through the process. We ordered a new phone that came a few days later and upon return Robert again was such a pleasure to work with. Transaction was quick and smooth. The store itself was clean and had all the accessories we needed. Robert’s expertise and welcoming personality is what made this experience top notch. I’ll return just to work with him for all my future needs.

The store was very clean and very visible I was worried because I like my East Lansing location but Rob made everything enjoyable and even taught me things about how the charging block can save some battery life in the long run! Definitely recommend working with rob on any of your Verizon needs or questions!

Chris is incredibly patient and kind. He is knowledgeable about all things Verizon. He has excellent customer service skills. I was there on a Sunday, he juggled 5 customers at the same time and made each of us feel like we were the only one there. Chris provided the best experience I have had with Verizon and made me a customer for life!

Very knowledgeable and helpful associate. Patient with an impulsive walk-in customer who was not prepared with all the needed passwords. Explained many details as we worked through setting up 2 new devices (1 upgrade, 1 add) and changed plan.

Caitlin, is The best Verizon representative I have ever worked with in the 15+ years I have been with you. She was a breath of fresh air when purchasing my new phone, she was friendly, nice and very personable and very professional. I asked her if she was the boss, and she said no, and I said if they were smart, they will make you the boss!
