My husband and I felt welcomed as soon as we entered the My Family Furniture & Bedding store. Nancy, a salesperson, showed me all three furniture storerooms the first day I visited the store alone, without my husband. When we returned weeks later, the owner was just as helpful. We chose a lovely, quality made, king size bed frame and mattress. We are totally comfortable and happy with our purchase!! We will definitely come back for future furniture needs and will recommend that others go visit the My Family Furniture & Bedding for their furniture needs!

All my experiences have been great. I much prefer to buy my furniture from them rather than big stores. You are treated like a friend vs getting followed around by somebody just wanting to earn a commission. The customer service is outstanding. I've been so pleased with each purchase and highly recommend.

I went here on a whim and made my first big purchases for my new condo. First time moving out isn’t easy but they made it easy! I had such a positive experience with the whole staff there - even the delivery guys! The first couch I purchased didnt fit through the entrance. The delivery guys tried their best but it was too big. Thankfully he called right away and told me they had 2 smaller ones to look at. I got my new couch the next day and it’s perfect. I can’t recommend My Family Furniture enough!

We went to My Family furniture looking for a recliner. Ken was very helpful in showing us what was available both in store and by order. We purchased a beautiful leather recliner that was half price. The quality and selection was great and delivery was good as well. We will definitely shop there again. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend. My Family Furniture is friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent pricing. I searched and searched for the couch chaise that would be the best fit for my small space and ended up coming back to buy. I really liked that they are a family owned local business and wanted to give them my business. I had no idea they were even there, grateful for the referral from Budget Blinds sales person. The entire process was smooth from the sale to the delivery. Love the chaise and will definitely shop with My Family Furniture in the future. There is absolutely no pressure sales here, which I truly appreciated! Phillip delivered my couch and assembled it in no time. He even said to call if I had any issues. The entire process was seamless. I also had some fun conversations with a young lady and gentleman that works there when I came in again. Last week I purchased a loveseat, a sofa, and a mattress from this establishment. The Service was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have plenty of inventory for display, and the prices were much lower than i saw at other furniture stores. I was able to schedule the delivery in just a few days and they even offered to pick up and dispose of my old furniture. Could not be happier with the experience and i love my new furniture.

We recently purchased a new sectional and Tim was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I walked in not knowing what I was looking for and Tim took the time to go over the pieces I was interested in. They have great inventory and were helpful with finding something within our budget that we loved. They delivered the sectional timely and were even helpful with moving our other furniture to another room in the house. I stopped in a few time to check them out. The last time I found a recliner that was perfect for our summer home and brought my husband back to check out the recliner. I walk out not only purchasing the recliner but I bought a beautiful Bassett leather sofa and large foot rest that will function as extra seating too. I was very happy with their attention, willing to store and finally with the delivery of our new furniture. I would recommend you stopping in and check them out. I am very happy with my purchase and the attention I was given looking around this store.

Absolutely love the sectional I bought from My Family Furniture, would definitely buy from them again. Sales team was awesome and very knowledgeable. Prices were comparable if not better than other furniture stores. Quality of the furniture is absolutely better than some of the box furniture stores.

First of all, we have never been furniture shopping. I looked for recommendations on Facebook and the internet/slash/grayslake community DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!
I thought that couch shopping was gonna take several days/several trips/several stores, but this was not the case.
My boyfriend and I went into MFF and immediately found the best salesman John. He is personable and down to earth. He went at our pace and didn't rush us or push products on us. We had a really good time spending an afternoon with him and we ended up finding the perfect sectional for our livingroom.
We are happy with the product, the price, the experience, and John most of all.

True customer service!! We traveled an hour to shop here and left satisfied customers. We had to return a couch that wouldn’t fit in the house and order a different one and they were very accommodating through this process. I would highly recommend them.
