Roseanne gave us great advice on the areas of Italy we wanted to see and an array of wonderful hotels to choose from. Her scheduling allowed us a rich itinerary of culture, visits to iconic historic and religious sites, wine tours, hiking/biking, great restaurants, and plenty of time to slip in a discovery along the way. I had limited time and she made wonderful suggestions on an itinerary such that we could enjoy each location without feeling overwhelmed. She picked fabulous hotels that were very boutique. My family was very pleased with the hotel location, rooms, staff and amenities. She was meticulous in selecting activities that my 13 year old would enjoy while ensuring we were able to see the sites with private guides. Her tour guides and other vendors used were excellent. She provided an extensive guide to the cities that highlighted places to eat, roof top bars, gelato places. My family and I were very pleased with with the trip she curated for us and we would not hesitate to recommend her for a trip to Italy.

My husband and I traveled to Rome, Florence, Cortona and Venice for our 20th anniversary. We have not traveled internationally very much so we were a little nervous about navigating all of it, but Mary provided so much guidance in addition to her suggestions about fabulous places to stay and tours to take! All of our tour guides on the trip were wonderful, our accommodations were top-notch - we had a fantastic time within the budget we gave. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Rosanne made our honeymoon dreams come true! Our 10 day Italian trip consisted of 3 different cities with several different towns sprinkled in, and everything was seamless and so stress-free (thanks to Rosanne)! After discussing our “wants” for the trip, she crafted a detailed personalized itinerary that did not skip a beat. Every time, ticket, note, and description was perfectly laid out in the easiest app so we never had to worry or stress about anything! Even little things like tip suggestions were all included – so nice! And every tour/driver/suggestion she had ended up being perfect. Rosanne was the key to the most amazing Italy trip and we cannot suggest her enough!

All of our hotels were great (very nice and also reasonable in cost and well located), as were all of the experiences she arranged for us. We had SO MANY amazing guides on tours we took: a food tour, Vespa tour, winery tour, bike tour, and others. We really felt taken care of by these amazing guides that she knows, who tailored our tours to exactly what we wanted and needed that day. She was also great handling the little questions I emailed her while we were on the trip. I definitely give Rosanne my highest recommendation and will be using her services again in the future!

Roseann planned a wonderful trip to Rome and Florence for our family. We were so pleased with the accommodation options provided to us in both locations. The personal tours and activities she planned were the perfect touch for our trip and allowed us to experience areas and tours we wouldn’t have known about on our own. Her availability to us during the trip proved extremely helpful when our flight was delayed over 12 hours. She rearranged tours for us, and contacted the hotel and driver among other things. Her service didn’t end once we booked and paid for everything. We also received a fabulous booklet with our itinerary and suggested sights and restaurants to see in the area of each attraction. She also provided an app with all of this information and documents for each tour and activity. We highly recommend her services and will use her again for future travels to Europe.

Our trip of a lifetime was made possible because of Rosanne! Our travel plans had a lot of moving parts: 6 different destinations, different modes of travel (train, plane, boat) and a meet up with our son studying abroad (she even helped us plan his 21st birthday celebration!) Therefore we needed someone who really knew the areas in and out so that we could make the most of our time. This helped us have a stress-free vacation with little to think about other than enjoying ourselves and our surroundings. My husband and I just got back from our Italian adventure and are so grateful to Rosanne for creating our perfect itinerary. From the initial interview/phone conversation the timing of the trip was determined. We knew we wanted some beach and to see the grandeur of Florence and Rome. La Dolce Via Travel worked with us to build our dream trip. Once destinations were established - several airfare options were offered. Easiest airfare booking of my 50 plus years!

Accommodations were next. Several choices in each destination were offered and each was exceptional. The actual lodgings went beyond expectation.

Daily activities were planned next - each day was as busy as we wanted it to be. La Dolce Via Travel gave us access to the best guides - we met and connected with real people, had enriching cultural experiences and saw the sights. So much more than “checking a box” of “I saw the…”

Rosanne did a truly amazing job helping me plan and organize a special trip to Italy for my youngest's college graduation (after Covid shut down his study abroad experience in Florence).
