The Publik House

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant and bar. The food always comes out tasting amazing. The bartenders especially Monica really know their drinks and make them perfectly. Highly suggest the special if they have one for the night, because it is always very flavorful and delicious. Their pulled pork, El Cubano, Patty Melt, fries, salt n vinegar chips all so good with lost of flavor. The Publik House Cosmo and the Cherry Lime Aid are excellent drinks. The price and amount of food is great.

This place was amazing!!! I had the Parmesan Truffle Fries, Their award winning Mac and Cheese and Patty Melt. First off the Patty Melt was delicious 😋. The bread was nice and soft. The burger was cooked to perfection and cheese was melted and tasty. It came with a delicious Thousand Island Sauce. 10/10 2nd the Mac and Cheese. I see why it is Award Winning. It was truly perfect. It was flavorful, Ooey Gooey, cheesey. It had little pieces of bacon in it that was divine. The bread crumbs on top were tasty and toasted to perfection. 10/10 best Mac and Cheese I've ever had, and I've had a lot!! Last but not least the Parmesan Truffle Fries. The Parmesan on the fries were jus a little to salty but still overall great fries. I didn't taste any truffle at all. It came with a Garlic Aioli sauce,. which was bad in my opinion. I couldn't taste any garlic and it had a little sour taste to eat. Fries 8/10 Garlic sauce 2/10. Shout out to the Chefs/Cooks in the back, they did amazing. The presentation was beautiful. Every thing that came out of that kitchen looked Amazing. Shout out to my Waitress Natalie she was awesome and very nice. Publik House 9.5/10 Sauce Game 7/10. Portion game 10/10 there was enough food to feed 3 people. Price game 10/10. Especially for the amount of food you get. They are 1 of my top 2 best restaurants I've been to.

Had the Immortal Zin, wings, and fries w the bacon and blu cheese 😋 However the smoked Salmon BLT is pretty much raw and served on bread, which wasn't expected...

This is a cool local spot. Order anything Mac n Cheese related on the menu and you will not regret it. The nachos were great too. It's a nice atmosphere with a friendly wait staff. It is also quite lively, at least the two times we went there, which can be nice.

Great night out!!! The food was fantastic but the service was fantastic-er! Ryne was the best!! Water came out fast…dirty dishes went away faster! 10/10. Savannah was an awesome waitress too! Will go back soon!

Stopped here for brunch and got the Mac n Cheese sandwich with smoked brisket and it was amazing! My wife got the veggie omelet which was also really good. The portions were more than enough and was fairly priced. The whiskey selection is insane and there was a good variety on draft as well. One of my favorite things about this place is that you can select whatever drinks you want to try for the flights and you pay per drink so your not restricted if you decide you want to grab something with a higher alcohol content. Space is really clean and has great atmosphere. Service was great even with how busy it was. I would highly recommend this place!

Irish nachos and Guinness & Blue Moon (a Black & Blue). Prompt service with a smile. There were so many people here I was amazed we could even get a seat but we still got good service

We have been coming here for at least 10 years. It's probably been 3 years since the last time. Travis Goff(the owner) hasn't missed a beat. His food is still awesome, and the service is on point. Consistency is a wonderful thing. And thank you for the gentleman in the kitchen who recognized a long walk around the building might be a trek for my inlaws and allowed us to enter the rear entrance, great customer service. Don't miss out on this Peoria Heights gem!

This was our first time at Publik House. Everything we had was fantastic! We started with the buffalo wings. They may be the best wings in Peoria!
We had the rueben and the fish and chips. Both were great! Had the blue cheese fries as a side and they were amazing! My wife had Mac and cheese as a side. Holy smokes! That Mac and cheese may be the best I have ever had.
Service was awesome: quick and friendly. (izzy was awesome).
The only downside was it was a little loud. I would put up with the noise for the food and service.

Always the place to go after a long work day! Letting them do the cooking & the cleanup. Never disappointed, meals are always great. Staff is amazing!!

Stop and try the Google inspired meatless burger called The Impossible Burger you won't believe it. I also had the fries with blue cheese green onion and bacon it was a taste sensation for the mouth.

I was in town for a tournament and discovered this place on accident. I saw reviews of it after the fact and they are spot on. This place is great and ended up there a second time because it was that good. Almost worth the four hour drive just to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Excellent pub experience. Quite possibly the best fish and chips in the area. Beat reuben I've ever had, and their homemade chips are wonderful. Oh and the Irish nachos are unique! Well done!

Wow! First time here. Atmosphere is hopping. Group of four for a 6:30 dinner with reservations (not guaranteed after 6pm as they stated when we made the res). Service is awesome and friendly. Menu is large, from appetizers to entrees. I had the "fire burger" with a gluten free bun, wife had the Publik salad with chicken (very large salad with tons of chicken). Burger was excellent, with some sweaty cheeks, but not hot in your mouth. Wife loved the salad, and took half of it home. Our fellow diners are regulars here, and loved their dinners as well. Publik House is a really cool "pub" atmosphere with a large variety of drinks from beer, wine, seltzers and non-alcoholic. Prices are VERY reasonable for what you get, especially the A+++ service from the wait staff. Our server was a rock star! I am sad I have not been here before, and now will be one of our go-to places for casual dining.

I'm not really into bars, and I only had a Diet Coke and nibbled on the hummus, but something has to be said about the service.

By way of context, a glass of Diet Coke is served with a carafe of Diet Coke. I think the idea is that you can refill the glass for yourself, likely saving time for patrons and staff.

The waitress, who said her name was McKinley, CAME BY AND REFILLED MY GLASS FROM THE MY PERSONAL CARAFE--MULTIPLE TIMES! It was super stuff.

Side note: I got to speak with the owner, and he's a jolly, nice guy. Both him and the waitress were 5 stars. The establishment would miss the 5th star for me because of the limited selection of diet beverages. But I'm really not the target customer, so while for me it's 4 stars, my quibble is such a weird thing to care about that you can round up to 5 stars, no problem.

Publik House is one of our Peoria favorites. We always have exceptional food and service and this time was no exception. On this visit I thoroughly enjoyed the Philly beef sandwich and truffle fries.

If you love garlic I highly recommend the wings they make. Service was excellent.

We really enjoyed the food. They had a gluten free bun for the burgers and sandwiches which I appreciate. The French fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. Pro tip order them extra crispy. Great selection of craft beers, wine and cocktails.
