They went out of their way trying to ensure I get what I needed.

Fast service, great selection of region-free players. I have ordered three players from them. All work flawlessly. Of course, you pay a premium for region free -- my player could be had for about $100 less, region-crippled. You need to pay for their labor, support, and warranty (since the manufacturer's warranty is likely voided). Highly recommended. I would not buy a player from anyone else!

I ordered an all region DVD player. I am not technically oriented but the representative emailed me several times and reassured me it would be easy. It arrived much faster than I expected. It took me less than 5 minutes to hook up. It works beautifully. I am so happy to be able to play my DVDs from my home country (Holland). This is a Samsung DVD D530. I recomment it and Bombay Electronics to everyone.

1/28/22 - I just talked with and got an email from Mubashir from Bombay Electronics - YAHOO, he helped me get our Bombay purchased LG Blu Ray all region player to work to play Blu Ray discs from Europe!!! Thank you SO MUCH

Not an electronic store. The guy who picked up the phone was very kind and informed me that they do not sell appliances. Thought this review would help those looking for Indian appliances. Going to try Devon avenue (Indian neighborhood)

It's Jan 11, 2024 and they have not answered my emails in two weeks. Everytime I call I am connected to a voicemail that is full. What is going on? They have my defective Blu-ray player and said they would replace it under warranty. What is going on?

Bait and switch. Sent completely different, much cheaper, HDMI cables. They purposely sent the cheaper cables. Even the shipping label had the name of the correct cables on it. The Bombay Electronics store member I spoke with said he would look into what went wrong and call me back. He never did call back. I was also told that I could reorder on Amazon and they would not mess up again. I went to order more the same day and give Bombay Electronics another chance. Guess what??? They jacked the price up 50% right after I called them. Instead of $30 the cables are now $45. Wonder why they sent me the cheap ones? Now I know why. BAIT & SWITCH SCAMMERS!!!
