Cafe Euphoria

Went for a Sunday Brunch with a very small group of friends. I got the Prix Fixe at full price given how much I make and, to my surprise, it was actually a steal for the quality of food and service I was getting. Bagel with lox, egg/tofu scramble, and the butternut squash soup were my favorite, but everything else was still 10/10. The menu can change by the season. It takes time for entrees to come out especially if it's busy since it's a smaller place, so I'd recommend bringing a +1 for idle chat. The staff were so nice too! I'm definitely coming back.

I've been going for the open mics and Slams. The food is amazing and staff is very good about helping you find an option if you have dietary restrictions. The displays from local artists are amazing. The open mics are a great place to build community and I habe seen so many regulars grow as poets. Not only is there a sliding scale, the co-op model decentralizes the business and creates an environment where everyone there seems to be genuinely excited and joyful at work. It's so great to see a place of queer joy in this area!

This cafe has everything you could want in terms of food, drinks, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. The drinks are especially delicious and I enjoy seeing the food being prepared. I went here with my parents; although we are LGBTQ allies, we aren’t part of that community. Just want to let others know it’s a good experience no matter what your orientation is. Happy to support Cafe Euphoria’s mission and enjoy a delicious meal at the same time.

Cafe Euphoria was a wonderful brunch spot and a great way to spend a slow, relaxing Saturday. Come prepared to rest and stay for awhile because their food is well worth the wait! The atmosphere is inviting, and there are board games to play as well as a cute shop area with clothing and decorative items. The food was delicious and the bakery items were wonderful as well. Highly recommend visiting for breakfast or brunch (and I look forward to returning for lunch and dinner soon)!

Great vegan options. Salads and chorizo tacos were my favorite!! It can be hard to find vegan breakfast dishes but there’s are great 👍🏼👍🏼

Had brunch here with my family. The restaurant leans heavily into vegetarian and vegan dishes, but does offer some limited meat options. We are all meat eaters, and my group of four had no trouble finding something to their liking. The food was well prepared and and very nicely presented. The coffee was excellent, and the “bottomless coffee cup” was very much appreciated! We’ll definitely be back!

Really delicious food that caters to all sorts of dietary needs. We had a tofu scramble with abodo and Aloli sauce that melts in your mouth along side a vegan Belgian waffle that was so fluffy and filled with toppings that I left with a very happy tummy. A perfect place for a cozy brunch with friends.

Whether you’re LGBTQ or not this is the must check out Vegan/Veg/GF spot in Troy! I had a delicious breakfast and wonderful conversation with Atsushi! Please give this cafe a visit! Coffee, pastries, muffins, burritos you name it! Trans owned and proud!

Cafe Euphoria is a warm and welcoming gender inclusive space. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great and the seating is cozy. The selection of pride flags was substantial.

This place is goated, would definitely recommend to any folks identifying with LGBTQ+ if they were looking for any places. I hope to visit more often but traveling is kinda hard right now, regardless the food is quite good and offers many vegan options. If you are looking for assistance and are trans they will help you get affirming materials (binders, clothes, etc). It is also very affordable with the sliding scale so minors and college kids (most of us are broke) can afford things.

This place is amazing. The person at the counter was really nice and was energetic. the food and drinks are outstanding. I felt that I could express myself safely and without judgment. Truly a gem in the Capital Region. If they open a place in Schenectady I will be there all the time.

GREAT spot for breakfast / tea. We come by every now and then. Atsushi is KILLING IT on the breakfast. I think things have gotten better since 2022 looking at some of the other reviews... This is one of my favorite spots for a quick weekday breakfast! There's some egg sandwich with a really good sauce I rec.

Cafe Euphoria offers an immediately welcoming environment with fabulous staff and amazing food! Whether I'm craving a smoothie, sugar cookie, or a savory entree, they always hit the spot! I've never been disappointed by their dinners and friendly service. Their sliding scale payment options are extremely helpful and they provide this service entirely without judgement 💜

This is my favorite place in troy to stop at any time during the day! They have so many codes and teas to choose from and they have a nice amount of gluten free and vegan options! It is such a welcoming environment I always feel at home here.

Very cute cafe with tasty food. Queer-friendly. Lots of tables with outlets & WiFi, a good cafe to bring your laptop to. They didn't have caffeine-free iced tea when I first ordered but the staff surprised me while I was eating by giving me a hibiscus iced-tea that they brewed on-the-spot for me! Very friendly staff that encouraged me to stay as long as I'd like.

A truly inclusive and welcoming cafe! I had a memorable visit with a memorable cast of characters. I pray they are all well! Especially the one whose name rhymes with fly. And I hope to be back again soon! Insha’Allah.

A really cool space. I got a black coffee and the fresh bread with jam and butter. It was really good. Friendly staff and a cool vibe. For to sit and read for an hour. Good stuff.

Truly an amazing place. Wonderful food and owner. Having a trans-affirming space is wonderful for Troy, and the pricing system means that it is significantly more affordable than it would otherwise seem on low incomes. The clothing selection is also very well chosen, and the other customers are always friendly. If you’re looking for good food or good coffee, I don’t think there’s anywhere better in Troy.

A hidden gem and quickly becoming a staple of the community. Even if you don't think you like vegetarian cuisine, start simple and you may find you like what they do more than you thought. Be patient with the service, it's worth the wait.

The income-based pricing (on the honor system) makes this an affordable option for everyone, while being well worth the full price if you are able to pay.

Add in the vibes, the eclectic artwork, and a calendar of interesting events to suit all tastes, and this place is a winner. This business is tough, and I hope they stay around for a good long time.
