Even though we did not have a funeral service, Theresa Miller provided our family with the highest level of professionalism and service for our loved one. The entire staff at Brown Funeral Home under the direction of Todd Clayton did a terrific job for our family. While the Covid-19 pandemic put certain restrictions on funeral services Brown went the extra mile for us. My mom looked very nice and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Todd Clayton has handled both of my parents funerals and is a true professional. Also, thank you to Tiffany who is so nice and professional, her follow up skills are exceptional.

I was very grateful to Jillian, Pat and the entire Brown Funeral Home staff for their expertise, professionalism, and help after my son’s passing. They were very respectful and careful to allow me to make all of the choices necessary. They also set the chapel up beautifully. When the urn I wanted was out of stock, they went out of their way to locate one for me. Everything was perfect! It was a relief to have their guidance during one of the most difficult times in my life.

BROWN Funeral (Grand Blanc) went above and beyond assisting and supporting our family in the recent loss of our Dad. The professionalism and kindness began from the minute they were called of his passing. It was so nice having them just take over anf handle all the details. It was a beautiful ceremony and they made contacts to everyone needed. They even on such short notice arranged for the military to do their Honors for my Dad which was so touching. I highly recommend this funeral home and staff in your time if loss.

My father prepaid for his funeral. Brown honored all of his requests, and did not try to sell us anything beyond it. We even got a refund since we didn't spend as much as Dad paid. The folks at Brown Funeral Home have been long time friends to my father Pastor Raymond Cocke and he has officiated several funerals during his ministry at Brown's including his son Douglas and his wife Claudine, and with his passing on to glory we the children of Pastor Raymond have also found the folks at Brown's to be very loving,kind and compassionate, treating us with the utmost respect. This past march we used Browns when my father in law passed away. They were kind, caring and very supportive through every single step of the process. I did not truly appreicate how wonderful they were til my dad passed away and we had to use a different funeral home.
