Dr. Moore takes great care of our pets. He's caring and honest and won't mislead you. I will continue to bring all my pets to him. I appreciate all of the office staff there as well. The girls are always on top of things and very personable.

I wanted to share a quick review of Bergman's. My daughter found these folks and has been taking her dogs here for a few years. As her little fur baby family has grown, her and my son-in-law now have 3 Shar Pei dogs, a Frenchie, a cat, and our own Chihuahuas have received excellent care. Their kindness, compassion, and bedside manner take the anxiety out of the visits. Over the last week alone my daughter had a freak accident with her newest addition to the family in which urgent knee surgery needed to be performed after a visit to an after hours emergency clinic. An estimate of over $5000 to complete in a Ft. Wayne animal clinic! My daughter gathered her thoughts after this scare, contacted Bergman's and shared what had happened. Surgery was scheduled and performed quickly, at a much more reasonable price, and the new pup is home and recovering nicely! I am happy to recommend the team at Bergman's to anyone looking for a partner in their fur baby care.

They have taken care of my dogs and my granddogs and are always kind and caring. Recently one of my grandddogs fell off a bed and spent all day Saturday, on a holiday weekend at the emergency vet to find out he needed to have surgery. My daughter contacted Bergman after the holiday and they worked him in right away and did an amazing job! Not to mention I think their pricing is fair and affordable. Thank you Bergman, we appreciate you.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful. From regular appointments to when my kitty was really sick, I always feel like my fur babies are in good hands.

I recently took my dog in for a dental. He had a rough time with recovery but the staff was absolutely amazing at keeping me updated on his progress. When I was able to pick him up, Dr Moore saw me at the front and called me back to update me himself how the surgery went. Recovery went well for days after and on the 3rd day he took a scary turn for the worse. I called and headed over that way, they warned me there could be a wait since he was being worked in (totally reasonable) I was shocked that they got him right in and taken care of, they even asked me to call with an update the next day. My hounds have been patients there for almost 10 years and they have always been there when we needed them. Not to mention their fair pricing. I have referred many friends there over the years and am so glad I have a fantastic vet team for my fur babies.

Oh I love this place! I’ve been taking my animals here for years and I’ve never had any issues. Even lately with the vet shortage, they squeezed me in when my dog had a terrible swollen leg and couldn’t walk. I have an old baby girl with a lot of problems and they never fail to make me feel better and help me with the million questions I ask. (I’m one of those people.) I couldn’t be more thankful to have a vet I can depend on. Even if I need to call just to ask a question, they’re quick to give me the best advice they can give. I moved and I still drive 50 minutes to get there because I won’t go anywhere else. I could go on and on but I’m telling you, these are the kind of people you want taking care of your animals.

We had to put the family cat down this afternoon. They were amazing!! So gentle and polite. Explained everything. And let us stay as long as we needed. Thank you

Kathleen Murphy did an empathetic assessment of our “old lady Lhasa”: 16 1/2 year old ‘puppy’. She listened to her symptoms and literally got right down on the floor with my Ally to experience/assess what Ally was experiencing. After her diagnosis and care, Ally slept as comfortably as we’ve seen in days! We are grateful for her care and compassion. God bless YOU! She is simply the best !!

Bergman has been taking care of our "kids", dogs for years. They have always taken very good care of our family. We had a dog towards the end of his life and they were able to squeeze us in for his emergencies and always made sure he was comfortable. I couldn't ask for better vets or support staff! They really are like extended family.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and the care at Dr. Bergman’s!! Dr. Murphy was amazing with my tiny shorkie, Josie. They were so accommodating when Josie was sick. Dr. Murphy even called to check on Josie the next day! All of the staff are so nice and friendly, we just love them and will never go to a different vet. Very reasonably priced and you truly can’t beat the level of care. Josie and I are treated like family there and we are so grateful to the amazing staff and how much they helped us. Highly recommend!!!

Teri’s love for animals is palpable. It’s a relief she’s in charge of my cat’s health needs.

Just finished my annual appointments. After 30 plus years with them I just can’t say enough about these people. From the front desk, to the techs, to Doctor Moore. They have always been there for us, even in emergencies. You just can’t ask for better care!! I’ve always had the quirky dogs (Great Danes) and they do wonders with my big babies.

The staff and doctors are so wonderful and caring. From asking questions, to understanding your feelings, they do care. I take all my fur babies there.

Dr. Moore was amazing with my dog, especially since she was mildly fearful of going to the vet after a bad experience. Her TPLO surgery went amazing, and she's healing up like a champion. An hour drive for me, but worth every second. Amazing vet, amazing staff, would give them more stars if I could.
