Great bank with very helpful, friendly employees! They helped me when I started an account there. Everyone was very welcoming and competent.

We currently have a mortgage with Regions that Vanessa Mears help me with every step of the way. Today, I opened a checking account with Heather Mooney, as my banker she explained everything wonderfully. Both ladies are phenomenal at their jobs, I couldn't have ask for better service.I highly recommend them.

Called about getting money order without being a member because they are listed as a Western Union over the phone she made it sound like no problem even verified with her boss they could! So I drive there literally not even a monute away, I get there they can't do it...on the phone you said I could. Then they proceed to stare at me judgingly, asked if I was a member which I wasn't and asked to see my ID. Since I wasn't a member now all of a sudden they can't do it, even though the same lady on the phone said she could. Would give 0 stars if I could horrible customer service.

Horrible experience the manager needs to lose her job she is a smart mouth and told me i was lying about my fraudulent activity on my account
