First time customer here. I was first attracted by the flat rate shipping, then very pleased with the wide product selection. Very well done pro web site design. Placed my order on Friday then received a phone call on Wednesday to let me know that there was a slight delay due to availability, but was expected the next day. Reaching out personally like that is so uncommon these days and very much appreciated. Received my order on Saturday and happy with Hop Craft so far. I will definitely order again.

I’ve only ordered two or three times, however I have been thoroughly impressed so far. The selection of brewing ingredients across the board is excellent, at the right price, and shipping is half of what competitors charge. They are the only supplier you can order less than a pound from which is very help to ensure product freshness, and the packages are carefully packed with no damage whatsoever as far as I can tell. I only ever had an issue finding one particular type of grain (Weyermann German Dark Munich Malt if anyone is interested) but was able to get a close substitute. I thought I would have trouble getting quality ingredients once my last local home brew store closed, but these guys make it easier than ever!

I have been utilizing Hop Craft for 8+ years now for all my brewing needs! Mike and Brandon are both very knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I was very new to home brewing they were always helpful with answering any and all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. I don't normally order brewing supplies online, but I did so this time to get some Chevalier Malt. Everything was handled professionally, we had to do a couple of substitutions which were done via email. The order arrived about a week after I put it in, and all of the ingredients were as expected and well sealed. I'm very happy with my experience.

Excellent company to order from. The website was easy to navigate, my products were shipped safely and securely and I received excellent quality Kolsch bottles.

Easy to work with. Good selection, decent prices and phone calls if there are questions about an order. Shipments (approx. 175 miles) are often received in one day via UPS.

Fast shipping, great customer service. Had one issue with my order and they immediately corrected, and all is good.

Only ordered and used grains so far. Delivery rates are reasonable and everything was very professionally packaged and sealed, which is good as I ordered the grain crushed. A good selection of malts to choose from as well. I would definitely order from Hop Craft Supply again.

Edit: I have adjusted my review after lambasting the website owners for a frustrating experience regarding reCAPTCHA. The owner took the time to follow up with me and explained the shopping cart provider forces Hop Craft Supply to implement CAPTCHA. It has been an aggravating experience getting past dozens of repeated CAPTCHA challenges when wanting to use my account. However, I am reinstating my five-star rating because the owners are doing what they can and have offered to look into how the experience might be improved. I can't fault the Hop Craft's customer service and goods.

The owner/operator was responsive to my emails and super generous to me. I will definitely be buying from Hop Craft for all of my homebrewing needs!

Online ordering was fairly easy. Shipment arrived on time and packaged well. This is one of the only places I have found where I can order grain in quantities less than a full pound, which I find essential to being able to put together proper recipies.

My shipment arrived the second day after I made the order! Hop Craft handled it with great flexibility, making a last minute addition without any problem. Very happy with how this transaction was done.

These guys are the best! The yeast is always super fresh, best yeast you can buy!!

Hops were vacuumed seal in metal foil to keep out oxygen & shipping was pretty quick.

Like usual, my order came lightning fast, and in perfect condition. You guys make it so easy and inexpensive to enjoy brewing my all-grain recipe clones of some of the finest beers on the market.
