Geneva Police Department

Laziness is what I think of when someone mentions the Geneva PD. If you have something stolen, don't ever count on getting it back because they won't do anything about it. I have actually seen one of the officers use his car instead of his person, to direct traffic. It was an unbelievable site. I hear a lot of people complain about noisy neighbors, drug houses and nothing being done about them. I believe we have a noise ordinance but nothing is ever done to someone making the noise in a neighborhood or someone driving a noisy vehicle whether it's their muffler or music. Even Barney Fife would do something about these issues.
