Harbor Freight Tools

Bought an air compressor 1 year ago, worked fine, but just quit. Called the store yesterday and found that I had not purchase a warranty. The Manager, Robert, told me to bring it in. He made it right and I was on my way with a new one! I purchased a 2 year warranty. Great service and friendly staff!

Went in for a jack and some Jack stands. The men were very helpful and didn't even gripe once when I said I wanted the jack on the bottom of the pile. Very impressed with the customer service

The manager was very friendly and I found Dino puzzles for $1.50 a piece!

Usually pretty busy in the morning as the local contractors and workers and grabbing their daily needs. Evening is calm as far as traffic. Always clean and pretty well stocked considering how much product leaves the store each morning. And let's not forget lifetime warranty.

Had what I wanted at a great price.

Manager is very easy to work with, and it always has the tools I need. Now don't expect alot of the tools to last long, but they offer a lifetime warranty on the hand tools, which is very much needed if you do the stuff I do. Also again the store manager is absolutely perfect to work with.

Call me crazy. As a woman, this is where I want my husband to shop for me. Love this store by far better than any clothing store or boutique.

Although my husband has been going to harbor freight for years, this is my first time accompanying him. Wow! So many items that I never knew I needed... No wonder my husband loves shopping here! I'll definitely be back to get his Christmas present... the tool cabinet he's been wanting for quite some time.

Great price on tools

Years past I've always passed up Harbor Freight but in the past few years they have become somewhat of my go to. I joined their members club for two years. It's just worth it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a Bauer drill because of our move and it's actually a good drill with lots of torque in comparison to my Home Depot Ryobi, the Bauer drill is in my tool bucket now. Looking forward to buying the greenhouse for next spring.

Wow!! I had been looking for two items everywhere...O'Reilly Auto, Auto Zone, Walmart in two towns but none had them. Went to Harbor Freight, and at first could not find them. Asked a super helpful guy that works there and he led me right to them!! Next Saturday will go back for some other stuff I saw at super low prices. Highly recommend!!

If you go here , there is a great selection of hand and power tools. Also. While you're there. Say hello to the nicest cashier there, Miss Roacha. She is happy to assist you if at all possible, not to mention she is cute as a button!

Nothing but deals and if it breaks get worry free help. So far every item I have bought I still have in use. 10 plus years old on some items. So if you get what you paid for then they are at a loss not us.

Got what I needed at about 80% cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot. Good store.

Prices are more realistic with what a average person earns. They have most tools you go to a hardware store for. May not be no. 1 brand name of tools but warrinty 2 years & qualiry is great for 70 to 90 % less. I love em.

I went after a Haul Master tow bar this time around. Harbor Freight is like my very own Toy Shop Store. My wife would be looking for me, you know it, I'd be at my Toy Shop. Funny thing is, she'd be mad cuz she'd say ( You didn't take me? )
Harbor Freight is awesome, great sales n bargains all the. Most of all, the tools I've purchased have lasted longer than most name brands.
