I always get in quick and Amanda takes the time to address any problems specifically with compassion and interest. Nurses and front desk staff have always been polite and shown courtesy any time I've gone.

Dena Taylor is amazing!!and the entire staff as well!!!! so happy to be seeing her she cares about her patients full heartedly!!

Get appointments faster than other doctors office and they listen to your needs and you can get tests you need and done without you going multiple times to other doctors before they do something about it .other doctors just want more money from you . and they Dont take care of there patients cause they Dont really care from other practices.

Very nice and caring staff. The downfall is this location no longer has a behavioral health doctor and that's not good cause the closest place for one is 30 miles away.

Some Rural Health staff has a general lack or concern, courtesy and professionalism towards patients/customers. It's just not a welcoming or pleasant atmosphere.

My mother went there because she woke up and her eye had diolated all the way, and to get her hands looked at. With her job she types all day long and been doing the job for a very long time. Amanda was more worried about getting her picture taken then taking care of her patient. She would not even look at her eye told her she was not an eye doctor, as well as her hand all she said was you will get a phone call when we need you to get test done on them. She had no compassion! My mother had fallin asleep with a migraine and woke up with her pupil huge and at least Amanda could acted interested in what was going on with my mother. Worst experience at a doctor office ever. Left very disappointed!! She is a joke and should care about her patients more instead of getting her picture taken.

Very rude secretary. Had to pick times and her look them up. Tried to set an appointment for over 8 days later. They also have nurses that have let other patients personal information out.

They are a joke. They don't listen to you. They treat you like you are beneath them. They are always in a rush to get in and out of the room

Went here for severe back pain all I got was naproxen and muscle relaxer shoved down my throat

Dr. won't even talk to ya. WHAT A JOKE
