This is my families go to game shop. We go here maybe 8 or more times a year and play in the Pokemon tournaments that take place on Sundays. The staff is super friendly and we have gotten to know them over the past year. I have known the owner in passing for years and he is a great guy. Great job Phat Katz team on a job well done!

Everyone is always willing to help or give advice. A board is posted with rules for game nights, which is helpful for anyone trying to drop in rogue like and gather valuable local intel.

An excellent gaming store for Magic:The Gathering cards, D&D, Warhammer and nerdy novelties. Very nice store with a brand new gaming area with private rooms to rent for gaming. The card selection is top notch. The store is spacious and located in a great area near Fort Concho with lots of parking. A minor criticism is that the boardgame selection is limited compared to some other gaming stores I've visited. That said, they make up for it with the quality of the games they do carry and the huge number of Magic cards and RPG stuff they have. The staff is also very friendly and helpful with our purchases and general information. This is our new favorite game store.

Super friendly staff who are knowledgeable in a wide variety of games. They were super helpful, and we really enjoyed it here. If they don’t have what game you’re looking for, chances are they can order it.

Nice place to get your classic gaming supplies. I saw all sorts of cards and games. The staff is friendly and they have lots of knowledge about their products. I'm not really into the more detailed games, but they've got so many cool products it's the first place I'd go in town if I wanted to learn! We went there mainly for the Pokémon cards, they had a good selection even when most places in town are sold out.

This is a great gaming store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The stock is current, and if they don't have something they'll do their best to get it for you. They offer a lot of different gaming types from board games, TCG, RPGs, etc. The community is fantastic as well. Definitely worth a trip in and they have snacks and a cafe on site! Highly recommend!

I was recently taken aback by a recent change where people would be charged just to sit and play. However, after I left a review previously on my reaction to said change, the employees and owner were quick to remedy the issue.
To help cover costs for table space for patrons, they implemented a program where you can acquire points from past and future purchases. I was originally concerned with having to start from scratch to earn points but learned that would not be the case. The company has been great with their responses and accepting feedback.

Love this local B&M store for our DND options. Tons of minis available, both player characters and npcs/baddies. Carry a great selection of paints, boxed sets, terrain etc. Also lots of table top board games. Nice gaming area. Love their online order feature, can just place it easy on the website and pick it up. Quick and efficient.

Super Friendly staff who actually play the games when they’re off shift, and you can play with them! Great with kids, adults getting back into the hobbies, or experienced players/collectors. Diverse and accepting environment. Their Facebook page will let you know what events are coming up!

I went with my boyfriend and my brother on a Sunday for the first time to check it out. We all had a great time! We brought our magic the gathering cards and was able to buy some more cards we were looking for at an affordable price. We stayed and battled each other for hours. We got to check out their sandwich shop too. I had the Kirby and it was really good!! Everyone was super friendly and nice and the atmosphere was definitely pleasing even with all the different groups playing different table top games. We're planning to go again and make this our third home.

I’m an avid magic player that goes to a large number of stores around Texas. I stumbled upon this store for an RCQ a few weeks back and when I say this is the nicest store in the state, know I’m not exaggerating.

Not only was the RCQ ran very well, far better than most despite no certified judge, I felt very welcomed and invited.

If you live in or around the San Angelo area you’re doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else.

Wide variety of products, welcoming staff and atmosphere, kiosks for your convenience, tables for games. The only thing I could think of knocking it for is the price on things, but it's pretty standard even then

I believe in sharing good information so if you are in the Buffalo area stop here if you want good, fresh, hot soul food with good drinks and music for the grown-sexy). Very clean establishment and the waitress (Yadi) was awesome!!!

Friendly staff, the store is also in a nice area accessible to other food and other stores. Nice selection of games and a space to play.

Great place to find lots of hobby resources. Staff is engaging. They host tournaments, D&D as well as other events. Definitely check it out.

This place was just amazing. Very nice folks and the gaming area has private D&D room and built in kitchen for food. Very welcoming enviroment and fair pricing on their products.

Excellent staff - friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing a great gaming experience. A great selection of games and accessories (and still growing, from what I understand!) including a game library that you can borrow from for free while playing in-store.
