Amazing CNA school, very well trained and educated instructors here, if you’re looking to get your CNA certification and learn the appropriate skills to be a nursing assistant this is the best place to get it done! I was a student for the accelerated class of Jul-Aug 2024 and I completed my certification.

ICI is truly exceptional! The people are the best. I'm super grateful for Ms. Sheila, who is there for support every step of the way. She goes above and beyond, I couldn't have done it without her. I had Mr. Dan and Ms. Simon for lab and clinical, they are both awesome and very experienced and knowledgable. Thank you so much ICI! I highly recommend ICI!

This review is coming from someone who just completed the final exam for the nursing assistant course. This course did a phenomenal job at preparing me. From the lab instructors which I had Dan, to the clinical instructor, which I had Bri, to the Front office Sheila. I did the accelerated version of this course and I think that, although it is a lot of material to cover and a lot of time needs to be dedicated to this, anyone can pass this. ICI Does a great job at sending you the required materials for everything that goes on in this course and they are very good at making sure you have the proper dates for your labs/clinicals.

Summary: very good course would recommend to anyone who wants to be a nursing assistant.

I was really happy with my decision in joining ICI as the place to obtain my CNA course certification. I had really great instructors for labs and clinicals, and Sheila was very thorough and very on top with instructions and emails throughout the course. I do believe this course can prepare you for what to expect in the healthcare field in the future.

I did the weekend classes as it fit best with my college schedule. The instructors are great and genuinely want you to succeed, not just in the classroom, but also in the healthcare field. I found my instructor's teaching style to be effective at helping me learn the skills I need to be a CNA/work in healthcare and what to expect when working with patients and residents.

After taking CNA at ICI, I feel very confident in knowledge of skills and understanding, and to take the state board. The instructors- Dan for lab and Brandy for clinical were both encouraging and patient, and helped make the material easy to grasp, and the director Sheila was great to work with and made the process simple. Definitely recommended for any healthcare certification.

I signed up for the CNA accelerated course and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! Everyone was nice and the instruction was great. Lab days and clinical days efficient and I adequately felt prepared to take the state CNA test.

I have recently completed the CNA program at ICI and I have throughly enjoyed my experience. The whole staff is great and very informative. They are also willing to work with you . I appreciate the knowledge , experience and support through this program . I will recommend anyone to ICI .

I am so glad I chose ICI to do my CNA training. I did the Weekly program, we were a small group of 14 from all horizons, age, culture and had a great time learning together. Our Lab instructor Mark and our Clinic Instructor Misss Rose were very knowledgeable and helpful during the training. They were available for discussion and advices and encouraging towards each person´s own goals. shout out to Sheila as well for helping us navigate the paperwork load and calming our nerves for the final exam :-) Highly recommend.

I recently completed the CNA course offered by ICI. The instructors, both lab and clinicals, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The program setup was hybrid, which made it easier to manage since apart from the program I was also going to school. The online lectures, workbook, and all the supplementary materials were instrumental to my learning and comprehension. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this course.

I recently completed the BNATP, during my winter college break, since it was a hybrid program it made it very easy to continue with my daily life while learning a lot about patient care. The instructors are so knowledgeable and prepare you well for the certification exams. I recommend this to anyone.

I recently completed the accelerated basic nursing assistant training and it taught me well. The course was rigorous but prepared me for a job in the medical field.

My time with ICI has truly been great! The staff and instructors care about the student’s success. The lab was very effective and the clinical days at Regency were also great. I have had good experiences with classes before, but this one is definitely one of the top ones. A special shout out to Mark!
