John Tiffee DDS General Dentistry

I was HIGHLY impressed after my first appointment; literally no wait, efficient, professional, informative, with super-friendly staff. Four appointments later, each with differing procedures, I’m elated to report my first experience was not a fluke! This practice is caring, committed, warm, and genuine in every area. It is not an overstatement to say Dr. Tiffee and his staff ARE the embodiment of excellence! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great friendly office.

This office will literally lock the door on you if you are less than 10 minutes late! This happened to my husband today at Tiffees office. It just shows that they do not care about the patient. This was my husband's first time ever being late to any of his appointments their after years of going to Tiffees. We never complain when they take almost an hour to call you back during appointments. I did call the office to let them know my husband was outside and Tiffee answered, he said "Well he's late and now there's no time!" I expected him to be professional and say lets reschedule or be helpful in some way, but it was the total opposite. Even the receptionist I had spoken to previously sounded annoyed and rude. We will be going to a different dentist after today.

DR. TIFFE was extremely rude. Does not care what you have to say or ask about during your appt. pushes you to get dental work you do not need done. Please find somewhere else to go. You’ll be happier. AIDE NOTE: his dental tech is wonderful and does great cleaning. Other than that. Find a different dentist.

he was a good dentist but now has closed and left patients in uvalde, tx out in the cold because he left no was to get out records.
