I didn’t get any work done here but I called for a quote and instead I got some great advice to help assist me on repairing the vehicle myself with that being said if I ever need work done on my vehicle that I can’t perform myself this will be the place I bring my vehicle to.

I just had my vehicle repaired here today for the first time. I had taken my car to another unnamed shop before and left feeling ripped off. I felt Rick’s Automotive was very reasonable and will be taking my car there again when it needs other repairs. They are very nice, helpful and competent. ATTENTION LADIES: Honest shop and doesn't overcharge. I have found other shops give us ladies a huge markup but Billy and Carl were honest and thorough. Had my car fixed quickly and were very polite.

I assist my 89 year old mother with most things as her advanced age has taken its toll on her abilities. I was recently out of town for a few days and she had a minor issue with her vehicle. Mom would normally call me and I’d get it fixed for her. She called Ricks In a panic wondering what to do. They had her come in the same day and handled the issue right then for her and that calmed her down and put her at ease.
Been using Ricks for years for their honesty and fairness.

Billy & Carl are great! Very helpful & friendly. I explained the AC problem on our old Odyssey, they talked me through the possible issues & costs, called back once they’d diagnosed the problem & repair options & again as soon as the car was ready the next morning. Price was very reasonable & as estimated. Thanks guys!

Brought my jeep in with a check engine light on and in need of an inspection. The dealer had quoted me 5 grand. Rick’s team fixed the issue and got my Jeep the inspection in a timely manner and for a significantly smaller amount of money. I’m talking several thousand dollars less. Billy and the staff were also a delight to talk to while I waited. If a mechanic is what you need, I cannot recommend this business enough.

Brought my car here after picking it up from Cristian Brothers and they fixed my leak with no problems. Very good service. My car was running hot and they kept it after repairing it to make sure it wasn't running hot. Really appreciate them.

I wanted to wait before I posted a review, just to make sure there was not going to be any issues with my car....and there has not been. First, they were some of the nicest men I have come across and I felt like honest, as well. Secondly, it was the lowest quote around. As a woman, by herself, I always feel taken advantage of by mechanics. But, Kirk, the mechanic who worked on my car, did not make me feel that way. On top of all that, I had to leave my car there before work. I was going to take a Lyft to work, but Kirk to me to work himself and my job was 30 minutes away. The best experience hands down. I live in The Woodlands and I will drive to them for all my car needs!!!
