I was impressed. Great service, polite and courteous and professional. Mechanics did a great job diagnosing the problem and I was able to pick up my truck and have the problem fixed with a minimum of fuss. They have my continues loyalty and business. It is so hard to find good mechanics these days and shops that are this well (no pun intended) oiled and functional. Very impressive, all other shops including dealers need to study how they do business here at Christian Bros. I hope they continue to thrive with their business in our community of Montgomery.

My wife and I had our vehicle inspected by Christen Brother’s and were promptly assisted by very courteous and professional staff members. The process was quick, and as a Disabled Veteran I was afforded an additional hospitality. Thank you for a job well done.

First time here. My son in Katy recommended. I needed oil change and I was worried about need brake service but they said no need it now. Very honest and nice prompt service. Diane at desk was very friendly and cheerful. Thanks. I usually take my car to other fast service place but now I know where I bringing my car.

I stopped to have the state inspection fir my Kia around11:38 am 4/15/2024. I was greeted and the lady took my insurance information and keys. Gary asked if he could get anything for me. Every time I go to Christian Brothers they are professional and courtesy. The inspection was done timely and I felt blessed upon leaving.

I had my car inspected. Super nice in the front office.
I was offered snacks, drinks, and toys for my grandson.
They had six people on a Monday morning on staff that could do the job.
The inspection took less than 20 mins, they parked the car at the front door and I was out of there.

If you’re needing automotive service with a guarantee search no further. They are not the cheapest in town, but it will be done right and it will be explained as to what needs to be done and what can wait WITH pictures. Yes they charge for diagnostic to figure out what exactly the issue is and that takes time. You pay for what you get. Leaving knowing that I no longer have to worry about the issue is priceless.

Absolutely awesome staff. Highly, highly, highly recommend this location. They were honest with me when it got to a point that it wouldn’t have been worth it to repair the car. They were kind, helpful, courteous, and listened intently to all of my concerns and issues. They were patient with me throughout the entire process and explained everything in great detail. Their diagnostics come with pictures and detailed notes which is SO helpful. These guys are awesome!

They are always very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They make sure that everything is done to your car correctly, and that it is safe to drive. They have always been up front and honest about cost and findings. Definitely do a great job which makes a stressful situation more bearable. Don’t hesitate to visit this location. Excellent staff that makes you feel like you are part of the family. They offer transportation home while your car is repaired and they pick you up when your vehicle is done. The waiting room has comfortable chairs and they have snacks and beverages for you while you wait. Definitely recommend and I will always bring my car here to be repaired.

C.B.A took exceptional care of us from when we walked in the door to the moment I had the services done to my vehicle and departed. It was well beyond my expectations from the free drinks and snacks to the free shuttle service that provided my wife home and myself a ride to work. They were great at texting us the status of repairs frequently and keeping us updated. This is what separates this company from the rest by far. Highly satisfied and highly recommended!!!

What can I say other than top-shelf professionalism, expertise and the firiendliest team of people I have dealt with in a very long time. Tylor Frazier was my main contact there and he was a blessing to deal with. I needed my daughter's truck back at a certain time and he and the team delivered! I 110% recommend them.

I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership for service. However, I now have a new Service Home for our vehicles. From the moment I walked into the CBA office, I felt like family. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Diana was great taking all of my info and doing a test drive. Tylor my Service Advisor listened, kept in great touch, and answered all my questions. Gary, the courtesy car driver, was delightful. The Techs performed great work. CBA went above and beyond for me in getting my car repaired and ready for a trip that had us pressed for time. The work done at the Montgomery, Texas location and assistance at the CBA in Beaumont another time during travels will keep me coming back! I especially appreciate the inspection reports sent with pictures. In fact, we just took a second vehicle to our Montgomery location and again had wonderful service. The prices are fair and the warranty(ies) provided is an added bonus. Highly recommend CBA!

The people at this establishment are by far the best that I’ve dealt with in a long time. They are honest and extremely friendly. They all know me by name and treat me like one of the crew and they do the same for all of my family. They treat my and kids with the same respect that they treat me I’d recommend them to any one at any time.
