Jim Clingman and Christina Hatfield were a great help in our home buying experience. Jim ended up connecting us with a lender that got us approved after being denied from multiple sources. After finally finding a home we were happy with we had a very unexpected water leak we discovered on our final walk through the day before closing and Jim was at the property within 25 minutes and immediately started contacting people to resolve the issue the same night. They were always on time and very helpful.

We were coming from out of state, but buying a house using Jim and Bridge City Realty was easy. When the other side had problems or their agent was unsure how to proceed, Jim was experienced and resolved the situations to my best interest.

Jim always made himself available, he's easier to reach then members of my own family. When we made a last minute trip to Iowa to house hunt, Bridge City Realty had houses lined up, an info package ready, and personally guided us around, all on a weekend. After we were done we had offers in, all before Monday. Jim's experience ensured the proceedings went through nicely and removed the stress from me (because Jim handled the issues the other side was causing, by himself).
