I can't say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy. In a time where big store chains rule the land, we forget what exceptional customer service looks and/or feels like. Pasadena WeCare, the staff and pharmacist are all so pleasant to deal with. It's so refreshing to be reminded what caring and attentive customer service should look like. I will continue to go out of my way to use this pharmacy. The people are wonderful, the prices are the best and it is always a pleasant and informative experience. Omar will always get a five star review. I called him today to ask him if he took my insurance at his new pharmacy and even after my family had relocated out of the area for two years he was able to recognize my name and ask about my son by calling him by the nickname we used for him instead of his legal name his prescriptions were written to. Omar is amazing and I will be using his pharmacy as soon as I can. His prices are competitive and all his staff are always friendly and professional.

It’s been a long time since this long ago review nothing at this Pharmacy has changed a bit. There is a personalized commitment to personal quality care provided by responsible and respectable professional staff. They take many of the major insurances but I have found that the prices are so low that they often are lower than my copays. And the great service. Someone Will always update you on the status of your prescriptions, new and refills. This is the place to go if you want friendly service when you’re feeling a little down and need your meds.

A friend gave me a tip to try this place instead of the chain pharmacy. Never a wait and far less expensive than CVS & Walgreen's. Customer service is great!

Still absolutely the best! I have reviewed this pharmacy in the past and I have never changed my mind about their exceptional customer service. All pharmacy staff are friendly and greet me by name when I walk into the store. Large variety of over the counter vitamins and supplements. Great selection of prescription medication and always willing to order medications for next day delivery if need be. I’ve tried other chain pharmacies in a pinch and they cannot compare to this excellent provider of your pharmaceutical needs. Again, absolutely the best in town!

The staff here is beyond amazing! I've been a customer here for a few years now and don't plan to go anywhere else.
