Summer Moon Coffee

Absolutely the best coffee I have ever had!! So smooth creamy and rich!!! Ambiance very warm, inviting & so relaxing! Staff was extremely kind & professional!!

Coffee:
I ordered the "Summer Moon" coffee with full sweetness and it did not disappoint. For some it may be a bit sweet, and they offer different levels of their moon milk that fits to your taste. I enjoyed my order in a hefty medium sized mug. I ordered the Glowing Ember beans along with one of the large brown mugs, and I'm excited to try it on my Aeropress and Kalita Wave at home.

Service:
Top service to the staff. As soon as I came in, they were attentive and welcomed me in. When it came time to order, they were patient and kind. At pick up, I asked about the history of the company as I saw they originated from Austin, Texas, and the barista was knowledgeable about the company answering every question I had.

Atmosphere:
Plenty of seating with different arrangements which helps with different sized parties. I noted quite a few tables for two and four people, which is great for people who come to meet with others over coffee or to get work done. There's also a good amount of seating that caters to larger parties without having to rearrange the seating. There is seating inside, outside, and upstairs.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Summer Moon. I plan to be back and try more of their coffee beans!

It’s a very chill atmosphere and definitely has coffee chop vibes! Customer service is amazing and a great place to grab a drink and small bite to eat and relax!

The young lady working the front was awesome! It was our first time in and she went over the entire menu and offer us a taste of the milk. The coffee was great.

Atmosphere: 🌲🏕Warm, bright, and inviting summer camp vibes. White walls with dark wood accents.

Parking: ✅Street parking available (parallel parking may be needed, but when we went on a week day there was plenty of space). No payment needed.

Price transparency: ✅ Prices clearly posted. Additional flavor syrups not posted, but available if you ask

Music: 🎶Quiet pop/folk music playing in the background with lyrics. Quieter than other shops in the area (at least in the loft it’s not very loud).

Outlets: ✅ Readily available at many of the tables by the wall. Not necessarily easily accessible for tables in middle of space.

Internet: ✅ Free internet connection with no time limit, password required but clearly posted throughout shop

Temperature: 👌🏼A bit cold on the bottom level when I visited in August, but warmer in the loft. My preference is around 70-75, and I was comfortable in a light jacket on the top loft.

Tea drinks: 🙂 Limited options for tea drinks, but their chai is great and comes as either vanilla or spiced. Also have hot chocolate and bag tea options.

Reusable containers: ⚠ sign at counter stating that reusable mugs are available upon request, but otherwise you are given a disposable cup

Seating: ⚠A good amount of seating space, but the smaller tables are a bit cramped for 2 laptops. Some larger tables are present, but were occupied when we visited.

Other: Employees were helpful overall. There was a mistake in my friend’s order—she requested a 16 oz iced drink and received a smaller hot drink, but mistakes happen.

☕Famous for their milk cream, but I haven’t tried this since I typically order tea drinks. My friend enjoyed hers, but noted that it was especially sweet.

Love!!!! This place! The atmosphere and visual cues are on point! Very well designed and decorated for a home like feeling. The coffee is amazing!! Full of flavor and every sip is consistent. The merch is awesome and stylish. My new favorite coffee spot in Ft. Worth!! Also Texas founded in Hill Country and as Texans we always love supporting Texas business!!

I am so glad I stopped at this coffee shop on my way out of DFW! This place is beautiful! The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing, there is so much space to sit and work or study, it even has a second story! The place is clean and beautiful decorated. When I ordered the girl was very friendly and helpful. Their signature coffee is AMAZING, I cannot wait to come back.

I thought this place was awesome. Very stylish and staff is great. It was packed when I visited and most things were sold out. Which means it's popular with locals but also on the downside it was hard to find a spot to sit down and enjoy my $25 worth of sandwich and drink. I ordered the ham sandwich which comes with chips. It was good. I liked that it was made with whole wheat bread. Their half moon mocha was delicious though! Apparently they make their own cream for for drinks and taste is unlike any other I've tried in town. Definitely a perfect place to grab breakfast or have a study session while enjoying great coffee ☕

Informed them this was my first visit and she asked if she could explain a few things. Thank goodness I said yes as she told me about their "Moon Milk". Oh my...crazy good ! I had the 1/4 option and also a Bacon Quiche. I can't wait to return. Awesome in every way !

Summer Moon is a staple I'm my rotation of coffee spots in the DFW metroplex. They are always busy, so the atmosphere is a bustling hub of people connecting, which is a great vibe.

Their coffee never disappoints either, because I am a superfan of their Moon Milk.

The staff is always friendly and quick to take amazing care of you.

This place was was highly recommended so I had to give a spin. Once I entered in the atmosphere was laid back, chill place to study and meet up with Friends, First time trying this coffee, 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Amazing to say the least. They offered the best coffee options and showed the best attitude to its costumers. Now about that Moon Milk literally heavenly best combo of Sweet and smooth like they put liquid silk in my coffee. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. I just want to keep coming back to this place. My new home for Coffee ☕.

Summer Moon gives me the feel of the next great chain of coffee shops. With their moon milk and unique take on coffee beverages, they seem primed to not only rollout across the region but for their products to end up on store shelves.

I got their 3/4 moon and could see why my friends have been raving about them. Your choice can fall between full on dessert drink or an espresso with a splash of moon milk. But I would say go for the Summer Moon for the full experience the first time.

Highly recommended! Definitely a great place to hangout.

I have always enjoyed beverages from Summer Moon Coffee! We got the pumpkin bread and it was moist & delicious. I would recommend coming earlier in the day, if you want more space and quietness. It’s a bit tight by the order area, but there’s plenty of seating on both stories and outdoors.

I “accidentally” found this place while I was downtown for another event. I arrived to my event way too early and googled coffee shops nearby. The first thing that caught my attention was the name: Summer Moon is so cute! Then the pictures showed a very spacious but cozy environment where I could just chill or get some work done while I waited. When I walked in, I was greeted by Megan (who had the most beautiful energy ✨). She made me the best chai latte and served me the most amazing gluten free pound cake I’ve ever had in my life! I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back.

First time here and we wish their was one closer to us. We got the Blueberry Crisp, Blue latte and Ginger Peach tea. All of them have a great flavor. They also sell Chelle Macarons my ultimate favorite sweet. The coffee was so good we took home a blueberry crisp and the Pink Pear for later.

Lovely coffee shop with an aesthetically pleasing interior! Nice modern interior with tons of seating. Try their half moon latte with lavender flavor, it’s delicious! Nice spot to do work or chat with a friend. They sell cute handmade pottery mugs as well!

I came here to meet another commercial realtor, I didn’t order any food but I did get the Chai Tea with Vanilla! It was amazing! I’ve never added vanilla. Sooo yummy. The atmosphere was nice being down town. I was even able to park right out front.

I came here a couple weeks ago with a few friends and really enjoyed the space and the drinks.

Inside, there’s a very warm and welcoming feeling to the atmosphere, with warm lighting and comfy seating everywhere, especially in the space upstairs that has a few cute couches and tables to sit at.

I also loved whatever it is they did with the “moon” coffee that I ordered. It was very smooth, soothing, and delicious. I felt great relaxing on the upper level with the tasty coffee!

I also noticed that there was outlets available throughout, and plenty of cozy spaces with cushions to sit at. It definitely looks like a great space to come enjoy a coffee and bring a laptop or book to relax with in the future.

I would definitely recommend this place and come back, I had a great time and it is super cozy and relaxing inside.

After just a few visits this has easily become my favorite coffee spot. My first visit the employee at the front was super helpful and made a great recommendation (the summer moon latte- it’s delicious!) and it’s probably my new favorite coffee drink. Love the atmosphere too, perfect for homework and studying. I’ve also tried a few food items and they’re all delicious, especially the lemon blueberry loaf. The staff is never anything short of amazing and always greet you with a smile, some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I look forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu

1st time here, and it is a pretty cool cafe to chill, do some work, and school work. Coffee was great and different compared to other coffee places. There were lots of varieties of pastries, but I didn't try this round. Will be coming back again.
