I’ve been working closely with Joanne and all I can say is …. Joanne is AMAZING! My clients and I visited the property at 4 PM on a Saturday and had a phenomenal attitude and was excited to see us. Joanne was patient and listened to my clients needs and wants. She has been guiding us through the application process. Chris, who also is in the front office, he’s been very professional and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the office staff which is hard to find.

Jordan Stith and Chris King were outstanding during my application process! They both were patient with me and Jordan was extremely through and Chris constantly fed me valuable information to make my application process seamless. We were met with challenges and Jordan saw to it that we found a solution and got me approved within a day! I can’t wait for my move in date!😊

I lived at pearl greenway since august 2020 and I absolutely loved it here. I loved my studio apartment, everything was truly wonderful! Maintenance and management were always available and accommodating. I never had to wait long for a repair. The area is beautiful and walkable. There are so many good restaurants around here that are walking distance. It is close to everything. I’m so sad to leave, I am only leaving because I am moving cities otherwise I would most likely never move out. I know whoever moves in here will be so happy! I was searching for a new place to live and decided to stop by and tour a unit. It was the end of day but Joanne still took the time to show me the unit and the rest of the property. She was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Joanne and the rest of the staff we're super helpful and patient throughout my application process!

Joanne's hospitality made me feel completely welcome today as I toured the complex. It was obvious from the moment I walked in that this is a first class operation from top to bottom. I had a great experience and this property is now at the top of my list!

I called to see if they took walk in tours on Saturday and Chris K. was very warm and transparent about possible wait to be worked in between appts. I had an appt for the upcoming Monday but didn’t want to miss out on a certain floor plan. By the way scheduling an appt online was super easy. I showed up and Chris was on a tour but I didn’t have to wait long for his return and was about to tour since his appt didn’t shore up. Didn’t get to see any of the floor plans I was interested in but he showed me apts with similar features to the one I was going to apply for. I never felt rushed in the process and Chris was friendly and remained calm and professional no matter how many questions I asked and no matter how many other people walked in the leasing office. I went to my car and starting applying only to have several issues with the online application. I was highly irritated after having to repeatedly start over app. I rushed back inside the leasing office and yet again Chris was there to help me through my application with a smiling face. Property appears to be really nice and in a good location. The only thing I saw that I didn’t like while touring was the packages that where too big for lockers just sitting in the hallway regardless of the camera or not. Fetch would be a good idea for this property. Bottom line Chris is wonderful. Hope I get approved.

Absolutely loved my touring experience with Ismael! He was the best and very informative. I loved his personality! Made me feel at home. The amenities were more than I expected and I loved the guest suite they offer for their residence who have guest staying over. I hope a 2/2 becomes available soon.

Joanne was excellent. I walked in for a tour, and in addition to leading a great tour, she thoroughly reviewed the details of the units available as well as the property amenities and associated fees. She is transparent and followed up immediately with requested documents/links. Joanne has a great personality and added joy to the property search process.

I just have to say, the staff here is absolutely amazing! Chrs was so helpful! I had a great leasing experience. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Rolo and the maintenance team. They truly go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. I had a little problem, and let me tell you, Rolo was there in a heartbeat, ready to fix it. I can't thank them enough for their promptness and dedication.

I went on a tour with my older sister and it was absolutely beautiful. These apartments were peaceful, clean, and extremely friendly. Ismael did a great job explaining not only the prices and amenities but also the history behind the creation of the Pearl. It was nice to visit somewhere that cared. Thank you!

I really loved this property. First, the upkeep is amazing. I saw cleaners there every day for the main areas, they do not play around. Also the leasing agents/property managers are amazing. They are so quick and friendly and really make sure you are enjoying your experience here. The location was great because you are in a central location. Extremely walkable

This rating is for a tour not living experience: We went a tour with Ismael yesterday, he was really nice. He gave us a full, detailed, enthusiastic and fun tour. The whole tour was arranged like a “presentation”, in terms of being well-prepared and the logic flow is smooth. He emphasized how safe and secure this property is, which is quite important!

This review is for my touring and application experience, will update once I've moved in as official tenant. I worked with Chloressa and she was absolutely excellent, she took me on a very detailed tour 15 minutes before closing which i truly appreciated. She was very attentive and quick to return calls/emails and helped the best she could when i ran into issues. Not to mention the convenient location of the property, great amenities, and size of units. I absolutely cant wait till the big move in day! :)

I lived at Pearl Greenway from January 2021 to March 2023. I absolutely loved living there. My apartment was beautiful and the amenities are nice too. I appreciated the free coffee machine and I liked that they have a large gated dog park on site- They clean it regularly and always have doggie bags in stock. A lot of complexes don’t keep up with the dog bags so as a dog owner this was a plus for me. I felt safe walking my dog to the dog park and they recently installed a floodlight that keeps the park well lit at night. Maintenance is wonderful. They respond to requests immediately, and usually take care of requests the same day- especially if you submit the request early in the morning. The location of the complex is also very convenient. It’s 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the galleria. Management is friendly and welcoming. I had a great relationship with them while I was a tenant. I wanted to renew my lease a third time, but ultimately I decided to leave Houston to be closer to family. I was sad to leave my beautiful apartment, but I appreciate all of the wonderful memories I made there. If you’re looking for an apartment, I highly recommend living here! 💚

I loved how Ismael is a great story teller and was able to capture the history of the property and what it stands for. The tour was amazing and some of my favorite take aways was how secure the property was and how peaceful/quiet it was too. Ismael was a great tour guide and covered everything !

Ismael was such an amazing tour guide! He was fun and showed so much love for this place. Extremely informative about the background story behind the Pearl that made the experience more interesting. My best apartment tour thus far. I received tons of information on the history of the building and the layout of everything. I received great information on the amenities and benefits of living in this area. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was completely satisfied with my tour. My guide was Ismael. Beautiful property and awesome guide!

Ismael is a great, great communication and description, took his time and definitely made us feel welcome. There were multiple people coming in and I observed his multi tasking skills to be very well. Directing the entering guest to the coffee station and lobby while still being engaged with whoever is infront of him. Honestly needs a promotion! Definitely highlighting these on our list!

I honestly adore and appreciate my tour guide Ismael ! He honestly made my day as future resident who brought so much enthusiasm, and 100% knowledge about the entire property. His knowledge on what residents have access to and what they are in the middle of, is a great key factor alongside the maintenance of the property. I have left Pearl Greenway with knowledge on who is the founder and the meaning behind the name , architecture designs, and security safety. My favorite part is the Bluetooth and security alarm system that comes with each unit ! I have been searching for a month for an apartment and Ismael has sold me the property of Greenway as it should be sold to an client ! Awesome job ! Beyond happy to be a resident of a great uptight security community.
