Not only was our carpeting high-quality, but the guys that came in did a really nice job. We had some real problems with our subfloor and they took the time to do it correctly and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Gary’s Flooring. John informed me every step of the way when the carpet would be delivered, installed and he followed up after installation to make sure everything went well. Garry's Flooring is top notch and totally pro!!! We've used this company before but it's been years. I was so hesitant to have all the flooring removed in kitchen, den and entry way. I've put it off for years not wanting to deal with a mess. Garry's team of family members came here on Wednesday and the demolition of tile, hardwood and wall backsplash was finish by 3pm Friday! And I was stress free the whole time. I am a neat freak and they covered everything in plastic as well as cleaning up afterward. This team showed up on time and within a minute of arriving I'd hear them working. I'm used to crews that come in sip coffee and eat donuts first. Now, we just wait a bit per our request for the floor to be installed. Do not hesitate to purchase or hire this team. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend! Garry and his staff impressed us with their service from the first visit to the store. They helped us to find the exact color, thickness , and other specifications. It arrived on time. Crews arrived on time. We have an old house with a narrow stairway and high baseboards throughout. The installation was done carefully with minimal scuffing to paint. Our floors were leveled where we requested. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Garry worked with us to stay in our price range and have the carpeting we desired. Beautiful and well worth it!

Garry’s flooring was extremely helpful in helping us choose the flooring for our new home. We relocated from Missouri and had 5 rooms that needed new flooring before we could move in. They have a great selection of all types of flooring! We did carpet and LPV - they were able to order the materials and do the install in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks! They are knowledgeable and skilled in what they do and very friendly as well. We even ended up buying a sofa and chair from their store as they were the only ones that could find a manual reclining sofa for us. We will use them again when we need more flooring done.

I purchased carpet and LVF from Garry and his staff. They were very helpful in guiding me to the right product and color. They were able to give me a photo of what the flooring would look like in my kitchen with my cabinets and table, which really helped me make my decision. During the installation process they were very professional and meticulous. They cleaned up everything when they left. Garry and his staff always returned my call when I had questions or concerns. I purchased three bedrooms of carpeting from Garry's Algonquin location. From John the salesman to the three-man installation team, to Garry's son Michael, who installed new base trim, and finally, Garry himself, I received outstanding service and a reasonably priced product. They kept me updated, were promp and neat, and assisted with moving furniture back into place.

It’s all about trust for me. I’ve been looking for someone to do carpeting in my two bedroom condo. A Google search and I found Garry’s. The reviews were good so I made a visit to the store. The staff was friendly and helpful; I felt the prices were reasonable, Garry came out and did the measurement, and I felt immediately that I could trust him to come into my home and do the work. I wish we could give Garry's Flooring & Hometown Furnishing 10 STARS! They have been just great to work with!! From the day Garry came to our home in person for the quote; where I noticed him paying attention to every single detail as he explained their project process; something the other companies had not done AT ALL; I had a good feeling about using him for our project. We had the great room and hallway carpet of our new home replaced with a beautiful Shaw vinyl plank flooring and the stairs to the basement replaced with durable carpet recommended by Garry for use on steps and possible high traffic areas. It was a very smooth process. No hiccups at all! The office staff were extremely helpful and very nice! Garry's crew was amazing! Nice young men that made it apparent they take pride in their work! IT SHOWS! Garry was here every day to check in and help with our job. Our floors our absolutely gorgeous and I am so grateful!
