The Park at Winslow Apartments

Brenda has been absolutely amazing! She worked hard to get me approved, she kept me updated on a regular bases, and when I came to sign my paperwork and pick up my keys she was absolutely amazing. Super sweet, and super calm with my toddler!

Brenda is super nice and helped me get my application filled out for my apartment today! Shes very good with explaining everything and will answer all your questions even if it takes some time. When I came inside everyone smiled at me that was nice super friendly people I hope living here is just as great!

I was looking for apartments for living and I found this beautiful place. I have almost a year living here and to be honest I love this place, everything is really nice, they get a nice pool for the summer and nice park for kids. I love get my little one out there because everything is safe. They get cameras everywhere. I did my application with Anna and Susana and they are so professional. I love my apartment because I have a beautiful view. Thanks God for give me this place. 🙌🏻

I've been living here for a month now and everything about this place has been great!
Thanks to Susana for making our move easy and fast. She kept communicating with us at all times and helped us with every question we had!
Maintenance is quick to respond, the community is quiet and the staff is very communicative via text messages to send alerts and announcements. Conveniently, the community is close to food and shopping. The gym is kept very clean and the equipment is like new. A pool tag is given to only residents to access the pool to keep it from overflowing with people who are non residents. The complex is located just around the corner from Pasadena's police station so the community is always being patrolled and monitored by 24/hr surveillance cameras, gates close after hours and it's fenced all-around.
So far my experience has been a good one! 5 stars well deserved!

I brought my cousin to help her find a place while going through a divorce. I’m a previous occupant here before I purchased my home. The property is very upgraded and clean. The gym is available 24/7 with no extra fee and it was very quiet and nice. Brenda greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful and gave us plenty of information on the process and what to expect next. She walked various units with us to show the availability. I’m so glad that we decided to come by and see Brenda here at the Park at Winslow! Looking forward to coming to visit my cousin at her new apartment soon!

Brenda was extremely helpful and excellent driving through out the tour. Very helpful and attentive to customer service. Along side Janie even took time out of their lunch to help me. 5 stars and even more if I could.

We came to see the property with lots of hope Brenda was super nice have us a tour and showed us the apartments they had available, we then left next day I filled out application online super easy and got approved by the second day. Brenda was of great help in our apartment seeking journey and soon we will move to our new home at the park at Winslow 🫶🏻🙏🏻

I love these apartments! Front office staff is the best. Brenda is very attentive and helps with any questions or concerns in a timely manner! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been living here at the property for about a year for the first time. Ana and Susie where so polite and then I had an emergency after hours. Had the pleasure to speak with Armando . He introduced himself as a new maintenance. He told me he was going to be in my apartment within 30 minutes and he actually came through. He was able to take care of my work order!!

Brenda was such a huge help! She was very kind, resourceful, and a pleasure to communicate with her ! The tour was great I saw two different apartments in my price range and was happy with my results!
