Okay- I have NEVER had the experience these others claim. We moved up here from S Antonio & Adam helped us with the POB process. He told us everything we needed to do & not do. I have had all good experiences with the 2 females, 1 younger than the other when Amazon didn't deliver a pkg. Waylon then got involved-they opened all the delivery boxes to double ck Amazon. Then the older of the 2 women told me exactly how to handle the Amazon situation & she solved the puzzle for me. All 4 of these employees went out of their way to prove that Amazon didn't do what they claimed. And truly, all 4 deserve kudos in the customer service department!

The reviews that I seen where horrible and they almost prevented me from opening up a PO Box and mailing 20 packages. As soon as I entered the PO - I was greeted with kindness and great customer service. Teresa was very kind and helpful. I had a few packages that had the wrong zip codes, but this lady never acted nothing more than nice. There was another gentleman that was behind the counter and he cleared out my new PO Box and had it ready for me after I was finished at the counter. I'm glad I chose this location and I look forward to doing business with them. #NothingButGoodEnergy

Being a driver for LandStar I had to use google to find the closest PO. This one was less than a mile from our terminal. After reading the reviews I considered waiting to mail my packages. I went anyway with pen in hand. Once I started writing my pen ran out of ink. I asked the lady (Bennie) working there if she had one I could use. With a smile she loaned me one. Once I was ready, I went up to the counter. She was very nice and helpful. She put some extra tape on my packages for me. I don't know if this PO had or has some rude person there that might had caused the low rating. But I know it wasn't because of this lady. Thanks Bennie.

Never have a long wait and the guy who works the desk is always friendly and helpful.

Staff at the counter are patient and friendly. I always receive great service when I'm there.

The girl that helped me she was very pleasant and nice. Did not have a bad experience.

Just came this afternoon to drop an envelope and the lady helped me with smile and it took less than a minute.. Great service

The 4 star is only because the manager Waylon because he was very friendly and apologetic that the carrier did not come to my door and deliver my package. Apparently the carriers out of the location don't deliver to the door.

Another post office. PO boxes, tables, mail drops, and a service counter. Remember to bring your own pen. Inside mail pickup is at Monday-Friday at 11:45 AM and 5:00 PM. Then Saturdays at 10:30 AM.

Don't bother coming to this location until after 9am. I believe it says they open at 8:30am, however they are never ready to take customers at the desk. Any time I've ever gone that early I've always waited and usually in a line several people deep, all of us twiddling our fingers waiting for them to get their act together.

Also, they are NOT open on the weekends, at all. So, even if your mail carrier who runs out of this facility leaves you a card in your mailbox saying to pick up your package at that post office the next day (Saturday) after 9am, don't. Clearly they don't have their act together either because your package will not be available for pick up, I know this from personal experience.

I'm still waiting for my new Bath & body product. I was supposed to have it a month ago but it never came I asked in the offices they said they would find out; I kept insisting to the point where it got lost and they told me to report it so they could send me another product from the same company and the same amount but I have been waiting for a month and have not received anything.
