La Michoacana Meat Market

The seasoned meat we got was really good and the fresh salsa was good as well. I kinda got some looks while I was there and the checkout clerks demeanor changed when she helped me. I felt like they didn’t want white people there. It’s hard to explain but I don’t doubt I’ll go back.
Update: Okay, so I went back because the meat and salsa I purchased was pretty dang good. Then, I went back again. I think the first time I went, might have been an odd day. Their seasoned meats are AMAZING! Their salsa’s, are hot, and I like hot food, but they walk the line of insanity. I still like them. People have been fine. Perhaps I overreacted on my first review.

Employee was very nice, clean store, nothing out of place, employee spoke English and Spanish. This was my first time going to this store because my job was having a cinco de Maya day and I went to get some dessert. I am a firm believer first impression is everything. I was very pleased.

The best choice cut meats that Hispanics are familiar with especially when doing a "Carne Asada" as in BBQ. I especially love the in-house Taco Shop style eating area. They serve hefty sized dishes of your favorite Mexican dish for under ten-dollars.

I came in from MS and my son was going to cook. When we went in the store I was so impressed. They had everything we needed and more they even have a deli. The store was clean and everyone very friendly.

They have everything that You could possibly need . Different types of meats ,spices, even sweet breads that take You back to Your own childhoods.

I love this Mexican supermarket, their meat section is amazing, we always buy out seasoned taco meat from there, their bakery section is great, with yummy Mexican breads and pastries, and their prices are pretty good. There is a "deli" with fresh mexican food, the rice there is delicious, and their tamales, specially the spicy pork ones, are a must have!

Awesome Mexican grocery store. Marinated meats for the grill are super good. They have an inexpensive hot meal counter and some tables to eat at.
