I have been a customer for over 20 years. I never have issues with bugs in my house, and John Ayers is the best technician. He is very polite and ready to help out with any concerns I have.

Jerry with Terminix was on-time, polite & courteous & professional in every way. He explained the treatment, and end the end made sure I was satisfied & presented the results of his findings with pics giving me full confidence that we were protecting our home well. This preventive treatment plan is reasonably priced and such a value when you consider how much it can potentially save people from the expense and frustration of unwanted pests in your home. Jerry appears to enjoy his job and is all about protecting your home. Thanks Jerry & Terminix for giving me confidence and peace of mind knowing we are protected. Every homeowner should consider their service. I just wish I had taken service a long time ago and could have save on past costly repairs.

Ted who comes to service our address in Argyle tx is amazing!! He is prompt, kind, and thoughtful (even helped pick up the dog toys in my backyard on his most recent visit)!

Phil did a great job locating pest activities and explaining how the little varmints (carpenter ants) cause destruction, and offered and reasonably priced plan to rid them. Christopher J the tech communicated further how they behave and what I can do to keep them at bay in the future, besides the treatment Terminix will provide over the year. Great, professionalism from both men.

The gentleman explained what he was doing and set expectations. Text messages prior to the service was completed to confirm the time and date. Whatever they are using is definitely working. Made my year. Chris is the one who contacted me and set it all up. Super happy I did this.

James Legate my termite inspector was honestly one of the best techs I've had the pleasure of working with, he walked the entire property with me showing me everything he found that would need addressing, I would 100% recommend him to anyone. The pest control tech RAY THOMPSON was also very informative with a detailed photo report on what needs to be addressed to get the best results out of each treatment. I finally found a company with technians that take pride in their jobs while caring for their customers. -Very satisfied 10/10

We have had Terminex services for over a year now and two employees have been exceptional. One is our pest control tech, Michael Knight, who goes above and beyond when it comes to service, along with professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and reliability. The second person only came to our residence one time, recently, but it was the Termite division manager, Amanda, who stopped by after work to remove the canisters and refill the holes since we no longer wished to continue with that part of the service. She was very pleasant and took it upon herself to do this since no one had been able to come by after several phone calls were placed by me. There was evidently some communication falloff somewhere, which sometimes happens with a big company and with many people in various areas handling customer issues. We appreciate so much the ones who make the extra effort in this business. It really makes a difference. Thank you.

Very professional and detailed. We have a lot of wasp nest and Tim makes sure they are cleaned up and sets out poison to protect our house from the multitude of creatures that are waiting to get inside your house and make it theirs. Thank you Terminix and Tim for protecting my family and house!!!
