Jason was amazing!! He helped me find the right battery for my car and even loaned me the tools to change it and talked me thru changing it to make sure I did it right!! He went well above and beyond for me!! I will definitely be back anytime I need parts!!!

Bought an no name alternator 3.5 years ago at this location and it’s failing now to cause the battery warning light coming on often on my Corolla. The super friendly and patient store manage Jason ordered me another rebuilt Denso and helped me with the warranty with just one phone call and I got the Denso the same afternoon and my mechanic put it in then I got the core charge refunded the next day. Jason is so professional and knowledgeable about cars and customer service👍🏽 He is truly an asset for Napa🍹🥂

The employees are quite knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect brake pads. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want quality parts. Seeing as they carry better brands than autozone does especially for brakes.

The best NAPA I’ve been too! Other places, like XL Parts, were highly rude over the phone. However, from the moment I called this location the staff were super friendly and helpful.
