Gong Cha Plano

This is a great place for some boba tea. They have a wonderful array of tea with great choices to put in them. They have fun games to play, and cool artwork that gives it a modern feel. The staff is nice and it's a very clean place. I will definitely be going back.

Table games to play inside. Great drinks made consistant and delicious every time! We love this place and will continue to visit!

Gong Cha has locations worldwide and their tea flavors are always so consistent! Nice place to sit down and enjoy bubble tea with friends. They have some board games that you can borrow while you’re there!

Our favorite local boba place. Good menus with lots of options. Quick service. Nice atmosphere and relaxing to hang out at. Clean bathrooms.

I like this location because the tea tastes good and mostly positive experiences with staff. I usually have big orders and this location does a good job with getting all of the orders right, which is rare. Been going here for years, and I like it so far. Also, I think management here seems nice and the location is well managed.

Awesome bobba place, they got some good unique drink that you won't get in other bobba place! Try the wintermelon milk tea with milk foam, the wintermelon taste is not over whelming, the milk tea taste with milk foam and a hitch of sea salt is to die for!

Nice chai place to hangout. I was here with my wife and we ordered some hot drinks with foam as topping. The earl grey oolong tea was very nice and it taste even better with foam. I simply loved it. The cups are also nice and well packaged to hold hot drinks. Would definitely recommend this place.

Tried their dirty brown sugar milk tea with 50% sugar and it was delicious, going back to it two days in a row. The servers are very fun to talk while waiting for drink and they’re great at giving suggestions on what to add to make your drink extra fabulous. Recommend it !

I was at mango mango after that stop by gong cha next door. Then found out it was a big franchise boba tea from Taiwan and it was amazing.

Customer service is good. We ordered five drinks to go and they were quick!
You can choose your ice/sugar level as you need. I always go less ice and half sugar. Tastes great.

I miss having good boba in Austin. Gong cha needs to move there so I can get my passion fruit green tea qq mix. Chewiness is greatly underrated.

My first visit; was not sure what to expect. Friend with whom I went "insisted" I place our order for 3 drinks due to his irritation with communication challenges created by plexi-glass, employees being very soft spoken and wearing face masks. There was a little bit of inconvenience in having to request the young lady repeat herself several times so I could hear / understand (as I am a bit hard of hearing), but it was minor, and not her fault :). I asked for clarification on size, "sugar amount" and what topping would pair well with the flavor I ordered. Drinks were served up surprisingly quick, they were priced fairly, and I LOVED my Taro with White Pearl! I will definitely be back when I visit this area again!

Gong Cha is one of my favorite chains for my bubble tea needs. I got a basic Thai tea with less ice. Definitely love the various seasonal drinks. Everyone is always courteous and helpful with the menu. Feel free to take your time and choose something other than your usual!

This is a great place for bubble tea! The wait staff is very kind and I love all the assortment of drinks. I realized when I was here in Japan that we actually have one of these in Dallas as well. I was excited to try it whenever I got back home but I will say I think the quality is better in Japan. The drink was delicious and I will definitely return if I'm in the area.
