I love going to TFF. The place is always super clean. The environment is very friendly and safe. Staff always greets me with a welcoming smile. It’s never loud and overcrowded there. The equipment is in excellent condition always.

Great gym, close to my house so very convenient. The members are all kind, the equipment is newly reupholstered, big open turf area for stretching and my warm ups. Love to workout in their Ignite room up front, feels very open with the natural sunlight coming in!

My husband and I love Texas Family Fitness. We’ve been going for several months now and the facility is always kept clean and orderly, the machines are very seldom out of order and the staff is friendly and helpful. We also bring our 2.5 year old son to the kids club every workout, Layla and Libby are the childcare providers and they are the best with our rambunctious busy boy and he is always so excited to come to the gym. 10/10 highly recommend Texas Family Fitness!

I've been going to this location for about 2 months, it's always kept very clean and very respectful, and Staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming!
It’s a Great place to work out. And I love the classes i have with my personal trainer, Melika.

Gerald was super helpful with new membership information! He was transparent with prices and differences in plans. He made the whole experience quick and simple with just the info pertaining to my needs.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Great selection of well maintained machines, spacious facility, friendly staff. All set fairly reasonable monthly dues with no contracts.

Great place

The only issue I have is ongoing. Somebody keeps taking the straps off the bicycles. I wish they’d stop doing it. I wish the management would put them back on. Half the bicycles are missing straps now. Sometimes I’ll go in and they’ll be one bike with straps on the pedals. Attention management. Please fix and your place is perfect.

Been coming to this location for years. All the machines you need, affordable and team is always friendly. Machines are always clean. Jada at front desk is always polite and welcoming. Great gym.

Easy experience, clear upfront info about gym fees, enrollment, best financial option based on personal needs. Gerald was very formal and polite.

I had such a positive experience with Karla from first being welcomed in with smiles and hellos to answering all my questions without a hassle! While she showed me around the gym and introduced me to the various membership options. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand my fitness goals and preferences before presenting me with tailored recommendations. Her extensive knowledge of the gym's facilities and programs was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Karla's friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and I can't thank her enough for her exceptional help.

I drop my kid off to the kids club everytime I come in the gym. Libby is great with him. He love to come back & gives me no problems staying with her which motivates me to come in more ! great gym.

I had a best experience in TFF. Ryen is the best manager and he handles everything right away.
Cody is professional and knows what he is doing and Jesica is the best trainer you can have it. She is so nice and help you to get your goals.

Jackie is a great yoga instructor. She tailors the class to individual levels and keeps the class flowing at a good pace. I try never to miss her class!

I absolutely love this place! They have so many different types of equipment, and even have personal training. Paige and Steve were super helpful, professional, and had very positive attitudes. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my family and friends! :)

I have had a lot of success in improving my fitness at Texas Family Fitness / Plano West. My current personal trainer is Andrew and he has helped make me stronger while staying mindful of a few limiting conditions I have, such as a torn rotator cuff and vertigo. The monthly membership cost is negligible, the premises clean, and the staff very friendly.

Sandra Trujillo is a an awesome person to learn your workouts. Don’t be intimidated we all start at some point. Her positive attitude and smiling face keeps you going. She train people with lots of patience and dedication to her work. Good luck on your workout , start today.
