I found a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I liked on Kian Motors website. I called and spoke to Layne Elrod we negotiated a very fair deal on the vehicle in 15 minutes. Lane and his sales manager were friendly, polite, and very straight forward. When I arrived at their dealership the sales paper work was already filled out and ready to go. The vehicle described online went above and beyond my expectation's in person. I have been driving the vehicle and have had zero issues with it. It was a pleasure doing business with Lane and Kian Motors and I will be a returning customer.

Nick (General Manager), David (Finance), and the team at Kian Motors were very helpful, knowledgeable, committed, and professional all throughout the purchase of our Ford Transit van. I was concerned that our deposit might not be honored fully going into a weekend, while waiting for our pre-arranged financing offices to open back up on Monday. I was gladly wrong, and glad to see that a handshake and Nick's word was solid. Nick was true to his word, stayed late multiple times to help our family, and was extremely diligent to answer every question that my wife and I had. We purchased a 2022 MB Sprinter Van from Kian Motors and we love it. The entire experience was great. It was my first time buying a car over the internet and having it delivered. Nick helped me understand the process and was patient with me and my credit union as we navigated the process of getting the van delivered and sending payment. Made an offer for trade and purchase of a Porsche via text from Oklahoma. Return text within 10 minutes on a Saturday evening. Deal made within three texts. They powder coated wheels on Monday and we picked up Porsche Tuesday at lunch. No hidden fees, very easy. Nick Warren had us in and out within 30 minutes. Would have been faster but wheels just arrived and they did a quick detail.

I can’t explain how unbelievably amazing Travis was! I originally came to him with my own financing and a whole plan to get a new car, however everything fell through on my end one by one over the course of a whole week. Travis never once did anything other than be extremely kind and understanding to my situation and eventually helped me secure financing when I had no options left. If you're from out-of-town, Kian Motors is worth the trip. I tried to find a better deal locally and couldn't. I dealt with Layne and he was extremely patient with me throughout the process. Layne and his management have earned a customer for life.

First of all David treated me like Gold from the moment I applied. He was very helpful and had the absolute best communication skills. I appreciate Kian Motors SO MUCH! I was already giving up due to my past experiences once David and Layne got ahold of me I was completely taken care! My visit was honestly the greatest day of my life! I’m very thankful for these 2 guys!

Highly recommend! No pressure sales, no "forced financing". Erick was great! The best experience I have ever had buying a car. I had preapproved outside financing and there was no problem at all. Didn't get champagne but I survived 😁

Here I am one year later in need of another car (not for mechanical reasons, loved the Elantra but someone decided to rear end me) . Once again not disappointed!!! Fred was absolutely awesome!! They will have a lifetime repeat customer in me!!!!
